I visited 7-Eleven in Reno, NV [10170 N McCarran Blvd] on Saturday, 05/09/26, around 11:30 PM. I made a stop at this convenience store for the purpose of picking up snacks. I collected/grabbed the following items: * Vitamin Water * 7-Eleven Brand - Crunchy Pickle Bites * REESE'S Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups * Baken-Ets Chicharrones (pork skins) - Hot N' Spicy & Traditional The inside of the store was clean and organized. The service from the staff member at the front counter was decent. The price point of the snacks was not too shabby; some items were actually discounted as soon as I entered my phone number for the loyalty program. There were even several slot machines available for one's gambling entertainment. This 7-Eleven location is convenient and practical for any quick essentials and snacks. It's open 24 hours, so that's a bonus. read more

Lots of pumps, diesel included there with large area to fill up and park. Easily located near the freeway and the fridge section is super cold! I usually hit this place for my fuel and snacks. read more

So my only issue is I get the pizza is cheap but the taste is good and when you get it it's disappointing to get handed a pizza that's stuck to the top of the box because it was not handled with care . I don't care if it's a 40 dollar pizza or in this case a $5 one . Also get on the App you can get gas cheaper on the 7&11th each month. About 50c. Cheaper . read more

There's many other 7-Eleven's here where the employees are considerate and really smart. I had a refill. I brought my own cup and the guy charged me $1.40 when a big gulp like a large drink is $.79 so honestly, I'm not into the whole oh I'm gonna charge you overly because I'm stupid. Last time I go here for anything luckily there's like so many other semis around what really smart people and considerate people not people that just are literally trying to get every penny out of you. I love the layout of the store, the location and the variety of snacks and items available in the store! However the employees that work there are extremely rude and unfriendly. They barely talk and say how much money that you owe them at the counter. I had to ask a few times and the guy just mumbled. A smile and a friendly greeting would be nice. Probably the best 7-Eleven I've ever been to in the US. This location had sooooo many snacks, including a wide variety of protein bars and healthy snacks. They have candy I've never seen before like hazelnut snickers! And they even had cold pressed juice! Score! It was super clean, not like your usual gas station convenience store. Unfortunately I didn't any pictures because I didn't take my phone in since we were just going in here to get my son a snow globe. The cashier was so nice too, she wrapped it up for him in bubble wrap because he told her his previous one had dropped and shattered. She even put it in a box for him, very awesome customer service. Today in my quest to find the most amazing 7-Eleven on the planet I discovered a 7-Eleven that didn't even have the essentials. All I wanted was ice. Nothing fancy. Just frozen water. But the 7-Eleven couldn't deliver. Not surprised! After all, it is a 7-Eleven. And so, I left without the ice I needed because they would only offer it up in 20 pound bags. Horrible experience, deceitful practices. Went to purchase an item, which rang up nearly 35% higher at the register than it said on the shelf. When I brought this to their attention, then went to get the tag, verified that it was the correct tag, quickly hid it behind the counter and then played dumb saying that it rang up correctly and there was nothing they could do. The refused to let me see the tag, wanting to take a picture of it. All they can do is scan the item and demanded I pay full price. The 2 ladies were not only extremely rude about the whole thing, they were saying I was wrong about it all. When I contacted corporate, they brushed me off and didn't even acknowledge the problem. Is this the new norm for 7-11? Bait and switch their customers hoping they wouldn't notice and being price gouged? read more

Went to get gas tonight and the employee put another customers money on my pump, and then ran out and yelled at me that I needed to find the other customer and give him my card to make up for his mistake. I happened to have cash with me so I had no problem giving it to him but when I was getting out of my car use my card to fill the rest of my tank the worker came up to me again saying "give me your money." Everyone makes mistakes but employees should learn how to handle it when they do. read more

So I'm giving this visit today a three and that is due to the boy and I call him that due to his behavior towards his coworkers. He was rude and very disrespectful and the looks he gives is childish. He also treats the customers the same way. He is on his phone or sitting on top of the counters ignoring customers and if he is asked to help us he gives attitude and makes comments as the customer is leaving saying I hate customers and that he is going to end up punching one for being stupid. He makes it clear it is a bother to help the customer. You can be standing in line and he will look up from his phone and instead of getting up to help he gets up and walks away leaving his coworkers to deal with the line. If he doesn't work I give the store five stars so if your smart dont go during 2-10pm Tuesday-Saturday. My favorite workers is the morning shift. read more

My family and I will stop in regularly. Staff is always happy to see us. I think the two bad reviews must have this and the one on 7 th mixed up. Always clean, always friendly and will heat anything up to eat no matter how busy. This was once a corporate store but the new owner has kept the service top notch. This about the only 7-11 in Reno I am not afraid to park the Cadillac at. Plus next door is Carls jr oil place and car wash. read more

I get gas here because it's at the top of 7th... I see the owner more often than any owner I have ever seen involved in a business! It's always clean, always organized and the prices are the same or better than any other 7-11. The employees are always quick at the register and never stall the line talking to random customers...As long as my car takes gas and I live in Northwest Reno I'll be visiting them again. read more

They do not care about safety of their customers of the general public. I was pumping gas and it made the click noise to say my gas was filled. Then gas starts to gush out of my car and I got covered in gasoline. I pulled the nozzle out and gas is gushing out of the hose non stop. The latch on the hose was stuck, so I finally undid it. My cars was splattered in gas and I was soaked in gas. I ran to the store to inform the staff of what happened. They ignored me and sent me to the bathroom. I told them that it was very dangerous and there was a big puddle of gas. I told them to put an out of order sign, they showed no remorse. I told them I was soaked in gas, and the girl answered she didn't have anything to clean me up except for towels to clean up external gas leaks. The staff were only concerned about selling big gulps. They did not even care to come out to look at the huge puddle of gas. My car and myself smelled like gas for my 4 hour drive home. The coldness and lack of attention of staff regarding customer safety made me write this Yelp review. I also felt they were prejudiced against Asians. read more
