I stopped by this 7 Eleven location this morning to get some lotto tickets before dropping off my car for an oil change across the street at the dealership. This location parking is very limited and small so be aware. The cashier did not look like he wanted to be there this morning, he wasn't talkative at all and seem annoyed with the guest who was as before me since they were arguing. They have a touchscreen soda machine here where you get to pick your options so I thought that was cool. They didn't have much food out when I was there. read more

Rude, ignorant, unpleasant, listenting to music while talking to eachother. Not wearing masks but when you go in with your t'shirt you are told, "I am not going to sell you this red bull because you are not wearing a mask? Again the cashier that told me this was wearing a cloth bandanna same as a t'shirt. They love to feel empowered. I guarentee there has been fights in this store. Employees not following city or county COVID guidelines. Went in around 5pm on 12/22- both employees behind the counter had their masks completely pulled down. All the customers were wearing masks but apparently the employees can't be bothered. Avoid until the pandemic is over. read more

I usually don't post bad reviews but seriously this 7/11 location is very disappointed AT ALL!!! Thursday morning (02/17/16) As I walk-in a lady is making a complaint to the guy (cashier/employee) saying that for about almost A MONTH she's been telling them to clean the soda machine and specially right where the ice machine is located. (there is mold) And seriously the problem is not just there! Is pretty much overall!!! Floor is always dirty, there's no large cups for iced coffee, and right under the chips by the counter is very dirty! They should do something about how these guys manage the store, service is alright, but if they don't cleaning people will get sick, specially kids. I dont know if management or ownership has changed but huge difference!!! There are two guys most mornings. My better half and I stop there every single morning after dropping the kids at school.. after the first time talking to these two our names have been remembered we are always greeted with a smile. And depending how busy they are we will get to have a laugh or two.. the guys are always cleaning and stalking the store.. thanks guys!!! Wow never seen a penny pincher like this, literally! Got off of work later than usual and come to my everyday local 711 where they all know me ....let me start off by saying besides the creepy people standing outside all day everyday making it really uncomfortable to come here, I enjoy morning and late afternoon staff. They're are always super friendly and funny. Well late night early am staff that is.... late Night early guy is a bit on the mean side but sometimes he can be super nice if you're coming home from the bar and dressed like a ho.... tonight wasn't that night. Well as usual I buy my pack of cigs and first off he tells me my card only approved 87 cents.... impossible.... I wait and check my mobile app and I go back and show him I only owe him 45cents...... of course tonight is the night I had no change whatsoever...:and he knows I live down the street .....he yells at me saying he needs to make a living too! Okay cool, so I go outside and ask these people for change so now I only owe him 6 cents.... still he refuses to give me the cigarettes!!!!! Omg for real!!!so I feel like a real jerk having to ask the homeless guy of all people for fucking money but he wants cigarettes too so he gives me 5 pennies .... thank you!!! The guy grabs my change drops one penny on my side on the damn floor and freaks out urging me to pick it up and give it to him! Omg it's like the Great Depression! I leave and of course I give three cigs the homeless guy...but man what the hell! 6 cents!!!!!! Jesus too bad my cleavage was covered up with a grandma shirt tonight! Coulda spared a history lesson in the making. Reminds me of my pop pop who lived through the Great Depression and how he literally ate all the food off his plate every night at dinner... like flashbacks of pops picking up crumbs on his plate with his index finger and putting it in his mouth.... true story! Btw I'm only giving two starts because like I said really cool staff for the most part, but location and atmosphere is sometimes scary also getting in n out of the parking lot is a bitch. I called pulled over making a left out of the driveway once, also it's not like some 711s where it's aesthetics are way too notch nor are they stocked very well. The pizza is also pretty gross my son who loves every kind of pizza even nasty microwave 99 cent ones refused to eat this one. So there you have it a pretty remarkable experience that puts other proprietors up on shame when it comes to book keeping... we know this 711 will never ever have a problem with taxes or be questioned for any kind of loss because literally every cent is accounted for! read more

The older guy with the very heavy accent on the bluetooth is a rude jerk! I would go there because it is conveniently located, but after my last experience with this a-hole, I would rather drive out of my way to go elsewhere. He is impatient with customers, but customers can just wait for him to be ready to "help" you. He is often on the phone, speaking in a foreign language. When it is your turn to be "helped" you don't get a greeting, a smile or any sort of acknowledgement. I would love to complain to a manager or owner, but the jerk seems to be there at all hours of the day/night. These places RELY on customers to patronize their stores, so why would you hire someone with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS?
