When you first enter the shop, you will notice how it's connected to the pho restaurant on the right. I would say it makes sense for how loud it is when you first walk in. Pretty straightforward though for a place that makes smoothies, teas and other drinks. I ordered the mango smoothie (with no boba). I think this drink is good. I've taken my parents here multiple times, and they love it just as much. The best thing about the smoothies here is the fact that they are made from real fruit, not powder. From flavor to sweetness, my drinks have always been delicious every time. I receive a generous amount of perfectly cooked boba every time, too. My top 3 favorite flavors are honeydew, strawberry banana, and pineapple coconut ("pina colada," recommended by the owner). There have been a couple of times when the texture was a bit off (i.e., a little on the watery side), but aside from that, I have had no issues with my drink. So the first thing I want to know is why is the marker for this location on the wrong side of the street? And then I want to know why I have to walk through a pho restaurant to get to the boba place? And then I want to know why doesn't anybody in this place speak English? Or understand English?! Then I found there's a small alley next to the pho restaurant that I can walk through to get to the back parking lot. Or I could've just went straight to the back parking lot and parked since there's no parking on the street. The Taro and Milk Tea are my 2 favorites the taro is authentic it's not powder it's the actual fruit I never knew how it looked or was made and the sweet lady who works there showed me how it looks interesting piece of fruit she took it fresh out of their little refrigerator they have in the front near the register and the actual boba is so soft and sweet omg so yummy and seriously the best! Not the best teas. Got the Thai tea and milk tea bobas, and both were... meh. The milk tea doesn't taste like milk tea but more like a cookies and cream drink. Thai tea was also meh since it didn't have a nice tea flavor. Boba is free, though. That's cool. Their milk teas are pre-made, by the way, and stored in pitchers. Pretty off-putting that they don't make it fresh. Summary: It's not the best tea or boba. It's just convenient in the fact that it's connected to the pho so 1 shop. Fresh T is a quick and convenient location that is located on an otherwise busy street. They have parking in the back, but it is very crowded due to the large number of businesses that share the lot. Its not the cleanest of places, but I'm very forgiving of these kinds of locations, tastes and authenticity are way more important that decor and ambiance. Their prices are good, but they seemed to miss understand my want for boba in one of my drinks, but I'll let it slide because they have my sugarcane drink - I had it in Vietnam many years ago and THIS is the ONLY place that has it... one sip and I was in HCMC again. This is a really small boba spot in reseda. It owned by the owners a of PHO sho 1. The wait time is pretty fast. The same two ladies are always working. The service is pretty good -- they don't speak English that great, but I'm able to communicate with them. They have about 20-25 different boba flavors. They also have some really good fresh fruits juices! This place is always kept super clean and they always mange to make sure you leave satisfied. So, I can say I'm a regular I come here at least 3-4 times a month or sometimes more. Cons: They put too much ice on the Thai tea. If you ask for no ice It's not cold as it should be. :( read more

Unlike some of the other boba places in town, this location does not offer as many choices for the frapp/coffee/shake boba - but honestly I prefer the milk tea/flavor tea/ice and fruit blended boba. What Fresh T boba does have that I cannot find anywhere else is Nuoc Mia, which is made from pressed sugarcane, it's sweet and has a citrus tone to it, perfect on a hot day! It is the reason I come here, for the authentic Nuoc Mia! What we ordered: -Thai Iced tea with boba = a little too sweet for my liking but good. -Passion fruit "flavored drink" - slush/blended with ice type drink with boba = full of flavor! -Nuoc Mia - my favorite = not too sweet and citrus-y, great balance! Overall: Staff is nice and efficient, not super friendly or talkative but they are quick. -Staff has forgot the boba in our drinks on 2 different visits, so double check your drinks. Parking: There is a huge lot in the back, it can get busy, but I have been able to always find parking. In my opinion a very underrated boba place in the valley. One of the cheapest places, the boba is good, and the drinks themselves are fragrant. I like to get the Thai tea, milk tea, and passion fruit green tea. The passion fruit tea even has the passion fruit seeds in them so you know it's not just a syrup def recommend. It has definitely gotten better and I honestly am happy to see that. My original review was when they barely open so I'm pretty sure things were not organized and what not. But now after several weeks they have improved a lot. Drinks are tasting a lot better and the sweetness level fits my pallet perfectly. Boba is still always hit or miss, sometimes it is cooked perfectly and other times they are hard as if it was old boba. It's a little confusing to get in when it's late at night because they share a wall with a restaurant and only use one door at night , which I think is great that they're partnered with the restaurant because I'd love to get authentic food and boba at the same time and place ! This is a pretty good little spot. I come by often to the Pho place next door and always get something from here. They used to have a coconut milk with little strawberry jellies but for some reason got rid of it :( Luckily, I found a new favorite, the Milk Tea with Rainbow Jelly. My co-worker and I were craving boba. Yelp said this was the closest spot so we have it a try. We were both disappointed :( Parking: limited, we went at an off hour so we got parking on the street. The parking lot in the back seems small too. Small fruit stand style shop that is connected to the Pho store. The pho smell was just so yum... There was so little boba in the cups for $3- regular, $3.75- large. The texture if the boba was off too, too mushy. At least the Thai tea was decent. My taro smoothies was oookay. Ioono, nothing too special. I think ill head to Boba Loca instead to satisfy my cravings. Okay, so I have been coming here ever since it opened up. I probably come here like 2 to 3 times a week, so I think it is safe to say you can trust my assessment. PROS 1) super cheap - cheapest boba place I have found in the SF Valley! 2) fast service - usually no other customers are there, so you are in and out in 2-3 min. But even in the rare occasions where there are, wait time is 6-7 min. 3) great taste - absolutely delicious! So far, all the fruit-flavored milk teas taste exactly like the fruit (which sadly, is becoming a rare find). 4) they remember your order if you go there often! 5) they are connected to the pho place next door so you can go sit down and order your food and boba drink over there. 6) bathroom available - spacious, always clean, and well-stocked. CONS 1) they put a ton of ice in your drink (esp if you get the Viet Ice Coffee), so beware! 2) if you don't speak Vietnamese and are particular about your order (like me and the ice problem), then it can be very frustrating. 3) unless you order the large size drink ($3.95), cash only! 4) poor outdoor seating - only one tiny little patio table with tiny little chairs. Yes, there is plenty of indoor seating but since they don't have Wi-Fi and I have a dog, it is meaningless to me. 5) parking is not hard to find because the lot is really big, but sometimes I do find it hard to find close parking. 6) no frequency card. read more
