But I went ahead and called my local petrol station and asked if I could bring my tank in. "Sure, sure. When you come?" the gentleman on the phone asked. "I'll be there in 5 min," and off I went. So yeah, this station is where I get my gas for my car. If I'm in a pinch for groceries, I can drop by here. And if you want corny made-in-China Native American gifts, they'll hook you up. But the main item of note for me: they fill propane tanks year-round, baby!

I called this evening asking if they had a E-cig in stock called the JUUL, the employee (didn't catch his name) put me on hold for a minute to go check for me. They didn't have any so he offered to call the Pasco and Kennewick location for me to see if they had any on hand. I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me. When I got there everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks for the badass experience and service you guys. Will definitely be back!

I did not request any specific numbered spot, but it seemed like I could safely assume it was NOT in the full sun. Checked in today to see the pet policy is NOT as lax as I was told at booking. Walk the dogs along the asphalt road in 98 degree heat for the fenced dog park. Oh? I have old dogs...they don't need a "park" environment, just a safe place to potty. After pushing the issue, I was told that I suppose they could use the grass area between the pull through spots, but it did not seem preferred. Then I got to the allotted spot. See the dead TINY tree photo.... 1) no shade...and it had zero chance of it when making my reservation over the phone a month ago. 2) the plastic cover over the outlets was broken, then poorly masked to look as if it was one piece. 3) There are obviously water issues between the 2 emergency shut off emails today and the dying grass around my assigned location. I pulled an employee over to show them the broken plastic (to ensure I couldn't be blamed) and I was told that I could probably move spaces, but I'd already plugged in for the AC with my pets on board and had the "never leave your pets unattended" policy pointed out in the office anyway. If I were the manager trying to get to pimp out for high reviews, I'd personally be working harder on putting people in better empty sites when they aren't full. An extra $28/night for a false expectation and resort services I'm not officially allowed to use. Consider me unimpressed.

Come straight in without washing their hands to cook your pizza, it was disgusting. I asked him if he would please go wash his hands. Although I could not see if he actually did or not. I just know he left the counter for a little bit. It was sticky on the pad to put your number in, sticky on the counter, and on the floors my shoes was also getting sticky. It's really just gone down hill. I buy a whole pizza again, I will take it home to cook. I think that would be safest. The one working there told me they can't clean the pizza over out anymore, cause it is broke where you put the pizza to cook. If they pulled it out it would break in two, so they don't touch it. That they make it with leftover pizza that's inside the oven on other pizzas. No more cleaning it. Sounds delicious doesn't it garbage dumpster hands, with old pizza that's been cooked in there God knows how long. Getting all over your own pizzas.

I just went in there and The checker did not say a single word to me, did not tell me my total, did not say you're welcome when I said thank you to her handing me my change, no have a good day. Literally said not a single word very rude. She was like that to the two other people ahead of me as well. My suggestion is getting cashiers that are actually friendly who at least appear to enjoy their job.
