We spend 1000$s in the west Richland store. I've had 2 lost Mary that have tasted like mildew. The exchanged the 1st one but the second 1 they said 2 bad so sad. I took it home and had my son take it apart and it was full of black mold. Disgusting. Major health concern. Buy at your own risk. read more

I can't believe this shop has only one review. I had the best experience with Smoke City for Less tonight & was so impressed with their customer service. I called this evening asking if they had a E-cig in stock called the JUUL, the employee (didn't catch his name) put me on hold for a minute to go check for me. They didn't have any so he offered to call the Pasco and Kennewick location for me to see if they had any on hand. I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me. When I got there everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks for the badass experience and service you guys. Will definitely be back! read more

I bought a new vape and was having problems with it leaking almost from the get go. I took it back in less than a week later to have them look at it. The gal that sold it to me was kind of rude when I went back in there. The gentleman working with her that day could give a crap less because it was his last day. Now mind you I am really huge on customer service and I left there without them fixing my issue with my vape. I did everything that the gal suggested and it still was leaking. I felt that they just did not want to deal with it. I told my husband that I would not go in for juice or anything else if I had to deal with those two individuals and be treated as if I was lying when they could clearly see what the problem was and had even mentioned the airflow being stuck almost completely shut. A few days later I went back in and said that they needed to do something to fix it. Billy and Jay were amazing. They replaced the tank and the coil and now it works great. No issues whatsoever. They were surprised that the people that helped me a few days earlier did not replace the tank or the coil as the airflow was not working and they knew this when they sent me out of the store that day. If you need excellent customer service and someone who will listen to what is going on and take the time to investigate and figure out the problem then Billy and Jay are who you want to go see! These two deserve a raise!! read more
