Charged me $10 for $5 eye drops. I bought 1/2 fl oz of eye drops and was charged for 5 fl oz. I was also shorted 20¢ and was never offered a receipt. I just went in here to buy a soda and I saw there was a deal going on that was buy one soda get one for one dollar, it even says so right on the door. I walk up to the cashier to buy it and the woman working tells me the price and says there's no deal. I walk over to check again and it clearly says buy one get one for a dollar. I try to tell her again and she completely disregards me and tells me the full price again. I just left. Terrible customer service. It had nothing to do with the pandemic and there was nothing stopping her from going to check and make sure the price was right. I gave four stars based in their availability (now open 24/7), the location (right across the park and a nice option for locals that dont want to go to the big supermarket for basics), private parking lot, cleaniness of the store and always pleasant service from the staff. Standard 7-11 fare inside, I am usually there for a Slurpee (yes, even in winter and after having dessert). My fave flavor is a half half mixture of wild cherry and cola. The slurpee dispensers are usually all working and the area kept fairly clean and sticky free. Given they sell milk, snacks and some hot items (hot dogs/taquitos) with the usual fountain drinks, coffee and donuts available its a great place for a quick snack fix or if you forgot something at the grocery store. If the parking lot gets full you can park on the street in front of the park or if you just wait a fee minutes usually someone pulls out. read more

Open 24hrs for convenience. The guys here are chill and efficient. They also try to quick sale the chicken wings, pizza, etc. as your checking out. A lot of the food looks stale but it can be good when it's fresh. Same goes for the donuts. I usually come for the energy drinks which are always running a sale (2/$3 or something like that), coffee in the mornings when I can, and my kids love 7-Eleven. Especially during the hotter months when they run promos like "bring your own cup" for slurpees to keep the kids cool. Also I bank with Citi so the ATM is a huge plus when I need to withdraw quick cash. A HUGE CON is the parking. Avoid rush hours because the lot is so damn small. read more

I should have know this trip would be less than pleasing when I noticed 10 times more loiterers outside the store than inside. I immediately head to the slurpees and was shocked!!! What 7-11 doesn't have Fanta cherry and blue raspberry slurpees? This one doesn't smh. I literally live down the street from this 7-11. I moved in the area when this Sev wasn't 24hrs, thank goodness the owners changed that. I also bank with Citi so I can use the ATM here. The staff is friendly and the store is clean, parking can be a hassle here too. read more

This is my favorite 7-Eleven because they always have what I'm looking for and the workers are super nice! I always come here for the slurpee, go-go taquitos and when I'm cravings chips! I like how they have a sugar free slurpee, along with a few non-sugar free flavors to choose from. Some days the machines aren't always working so if you're craving for a coke slurpee, you'll have to make do with mountain dew or cheery, which is fine by me! The taquitos are yummy! They hook you up too, you just have to ask! I was given a box of donuts right before closing because they were going to throw them out. It's a waste since they are made fresh daily! I ended up bringing them to work because we all know State workers will eat anything! The workers here are super nice. The store can get a little hood at times but it doesn't freak me out much. Amidst all of the madness going around due to the coronavirus here, I was finally able to find some milk and much more at this store. The coronavirus has created quite the frenzy all around us, but I am pleased to share that this 7-Eleven location was quite the opposite! As a matter of fact, I was greeted with a very kind smile and friendly service. My hunt for milk was over and the addition of pizza and cookie dough was a delightful bonus! Thank you to Sony at the cashier for helping point me in the right direction for the dairy I sought and also for the pizza suggestion! Very rare to find friendly humans during the doomsday pandemonium that we all have been faced with lately. Oh, also- thanks for laughing at my corny modelo joke about saving the cervasas! Lol I appreciated the efforts made here for excellent customer service! (as well as a chance to laugh at a time like this one!). Not everyone takes everything surfacing on media too seriously, but for those that do... That's OK too! You do you boo boo! THIEVES. Watch out for most of the employees at this location, they're thieves. My husband and I went to get a cup of coffee last night and while at the register we saw 2 phones that were left behind, one cheap black flip phone and one expensive looking I think Apple phone, idk. So I handed them into the cashier and told him that someone left them. About 15/20min later, my husband goes back to get more coffee after spilling mine and ends up right behind a guy who was asking about 2 missing phones that he had just left. They lie to this guy and tell him only a flip phone was handed in, and telling him that they can't access the video cameras to check when asked to. Hubby followed the dude out and told him he's knows 2 phones were returned and that they're lying. This isn't the only example of theft. They try to give back wrong change ALL the time. They'll steal meager change to whole bills and then argue and say they gave correct change. Be careful with this place, don't lose your shit, and count your money before walking out! read more

I am a regular at this store. I have found that lately, the staff has become comfortable and a bit lazy. I walked in at 9:30 am on a few mornings and was told that the French Vanilla coffee was out. I happened to look underneath where the extra sugar and creamer is, and low and behold there was a full box.(prev advised when sugar or creamer needed to look underneath, that why i looked) I believe the worker was just being lazy and didn't want to make more coffee, even though there was only 2-3 half pots of the same flavor.
