I've been a cashier for seven years, I have never asked a customer to do ANYTHING. Do it for them. You're not a servant, but you don't have to be an asshole either. And so I decide to ask for help looking for two items and she decided to treat me as if I was a second class citizen. Talking to me as if I was illiterate or dumb for not being able to find products that were not advertised as they appeared in store. I calmly reply by telling her she was being disrespectful and she chooses to become even more disrespectful and threaten my job for telling her the way she talks to customers and employees is very... disrespectful. Someone fire this lady as she knows nothing of kindness and compassion resulting in a complete lack of customer service skills. I am unsure of how she even got to be a 'store manager' as she so boldly claims, but I assure you that someone made a huge mistake.

I go to 7/11 on wheeler mostly. I have gone to Bay Rd and weinecke state too. They are all…read morewonderful and I love the salads and fruit which I splurge on when I have extra money. But the one on Washington. I will never go there again . they get no stars. Over all expensive even charge for ice. Up to 1.75. I have a medical condition where I bring my own cup and a couple times a week I got ice and water. The others do not charge. For it. Thats why I go to those stores and splurge. They are all great and very courteous. I appreciate that. And I thank them for that as well. For I need to drink a lot of water for my condition and I dont have the right kind of water.
