Employees have been nothing but friendly and helpful to me and I love the full aisle of drinks in the refrigerator case. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot! It is LIT, fam. So busy all the time. I understand it is due to traffic for not only Kroger but also their gas station and the other businesses in this popular plaza, but I always feel like I'm about to get hit.

My problem is I had been on the same meds for 10 years from a highly respected Physiatrist who is beyond reproach. For 6 years Kroger filled my families prescriptions. She didn't know my medical history and assumed she knew more than 2 Doctors and the previous Pharmacists there. She refused to fill one of my meds, even after my Doctor called her. Now I go to Kroger for a loaf of bread or something and to see if they changed pharmacists yet. She made WalMart look great.

My wife had a problem with one of the employees while driving my car a few days earlier. Forgot my phone, he ran into where they push carts through side of building and was gone. I came home and called police who were no help. I called walmart security asking about the video cameras. When they called back they said the guy came close but didn't hit it. I actually saw the guy do it, left a dent and huge scratches with a big line of carts. ALL THE WAY down passenger. Then I went home and discovered that they did not give me all my items. I called the store and a person at the customer service desk was very rude to me, told me to hang on, than I heard a dial tone. I called back and spoke with a manager. She said she would straighten things out and was very polite.
