With that said, this is the first time I've come across the environmental friendly paper cups. Yes, it's recyclable but no, I couldn't possibly see this cup being reusable. 3 stars overall. I haven't been to 7-Eleven much since I do my grocery shopping at Safeway, H-Mart and Target. I was on my way home and was thinking where to grab some Gardettos to snack on and then it dawned on me that 7-Eleven was conveniently in my neighborhood. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the new store owner who was new in the area. The place was newly remodeled and was stocked with all the goodies that people need to grab on the go. Not only do they have the typical sweets, chips, soft drinks and slurpees that they are known for but their refrigerator section next to the slurpee machine carries sandwiches, fruits and other healthy goods. On their hot grill, they have taquitos and hot dogs. Behind the counter is there nacho bar serving up the basic toppings. Almost forgot to mention, they have alcohol and other home and travel items. I'm giving it 5 stars for it being newly remodeled, offerings and customer service. 7-11 is 24 hours, 7 days a week that makes it convenient for anytime of the hour for you to stop by and shop. read more

These dudse who work here are the Funkin RUDEST people ever. Go there...say " Hi whats up man, how are you doing?" or anything similar. They will only speak to you when it suits them. I make my usual diet soda runs after my gym when I'm in dire need of a Diet Coke or a Coke Zero. This 7-11 is convenient for me so that is the only reason I come by here.. the late night staff as well as the morning staff recognizes me and always asked, "Did you come from the gym?" Most of the time I shower at the gym, only 1 out of 1,000, I shower at home so unless they see me disgustingly drenched w/ sweat, otherwise they always ask. Parking lot is small. Shared with the e-smoke lounge next door, a Filipino market, liquor store, and Indian restaurant. Kinda scary at night sometimes homeless out front. They sell ELF (eyes lips face) makeup which is a cheap makeup brand sold at Target and online. My fiancé bought a $1 ELF tweezer. Nothing special but you will get all you need when you need it. That is the magic of the 7-Elevens and this one is no exception. I particularly do not like this location too much, I see some homeless always hanging out it, plus the exterior is very dirty (that whole strip mall is always so filthy). Came here on 7/11 for the free slurpees. Nice efficient line on the right. They have a bunch of flavors, but unfortunately most were still chilling. I had the coke slurpee. It had a bit of a funky flavor - like bathroom cleaner. Probably, they need to clean the slurpee machine better. I hear people never clean them regularly, as they should be. This is one of the cleanest, well stocked, and friendly 711s around. This young dude who works here is friendly and helpful and he remembers most people that come in. I do a lot of 711 runs late at night and the area doesn't have a shady crowd outside and parking is fairly easy. I would have given this place 5 stars but sometimes they don't have the cheese ready in the nacho cheese machine, I mean if you ask them they will put it in immediately for you, but come on 711 you know I need my nachos. read more

I've dramatically changed my opinion about this place solely base on better customer service. The cashiers aren't as hostile looking, sounding, and presenting anymore. I usually go here to buy my Mocha Ice Coffee. It's yummy! Keep up the "improved" customer service. What happened to this place? I've been going here for the last 22 years and it wasn't until recently that the cashiers were ripping me off. I buy cigarettes there about every 3 days and the prices are always changing! One guy charged me almost $7 for a pack of GPC cigarettes when the registered cleary said $4 something. I stopped by there not too long ago and got charged almost $6 dollars for a bag of ice and they don't even scan items anymore like they used to so they can charge prices they want. This place is within walking distance from my house. I have made many trips here whenever i get a craving for a slurpee or sweet snack. The guys behind the counter are the usual 7-11 bunch. Typically on their cellphone while working and not really paying attention to me. They always seem to be able to multitask very well, cell phone in one hand, scan your items in other hand, and use that same hand to operate the register and handle money. All the while, they are having an extensive conversation on the phone about some girl they went out with the night before. I cant really give them less than 3 stars though because the service is par for the course. You walk into 7-11 knowing you will get bad service. Its sad, but true! read more

I have been coming to this location 7-11 for 8 years as it's close to my house, last week I stopped by to cash in a lotto ticket and was told it's expired. WHAT!! I just bought the ticket there a few days ago and now it's expired. The ticket said 90 days after the end of the game is announced; really you're going to sell me old expired tickets? I asked to speak with a manger and was straight up told no. Today I went in and my credit card was declined so in front of the clerk I called and asked Chase if they was an issue and they said not with my card it must be with their system but the cashier told me it's not the system it's my card and just gave me a dirty look as if I was a degenerate. They use to have 3 really nice people work there and two left and only one is still there but hardly on the register. He is rude and should not be the face of this 7-11 location, today they lost a long time loyal customer. He was working the day shift today when I stopped by at 8:45am.
