Temperatures were just under 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioning was great in here, not freezing cold but cool enough to be comfortable. There were a few other tables of people with their laptops out, and I was excited to see that they have expanded since my last visit and added more seating for customers. The lotus milk tea is still one of my favorites in the whole city. We sat at a table so there was no outlet, but I can't remember if there were outlets along the walls for the booth seating. The WiFi worked well and if there was background music it was not being blasted loudly. I would definitely keep this spot top of mind if I needed a reliable spot to work remote again, especially since there is now more seating than there used to be. While the coffee shop felt spacious and more than enough space to accommodate everybody, it just felt rushed throughout the whole time I was there. Their drinks were another dimension. I got their EGGspresso Hanoi, which surprisingly, was not bad at all. I loved how consistent the egg batter was, and the consistency of the coffee was quite equal. I will be back to try their other drinks, and hoping that their customer service could improve just a little bit more. I know they have the potential, but being more courteous goes a very long way compared to being bland in attitude, obviously.
