There is the main seating area and another area in the back to sit down along with sitting outside. It felt upscale and nice. The sign in front of the store had some drink specials and I got a strawberry/matcha drink I think it was called Rose. I asked what was good here and the cashier said the mini almond pastries and other treats in the front. The mini almond pastry was really good and also got a crème brûlée which was really good as well. I would come back again and try their hot teas next time. Delicious treats. It is the perfect amount of sweetness and the barista's are very consistent in making the drink. The inside is small but cozy, refreshing to be in after all the new coffee shops are super modern. They have three bigger tables that you can work at, as well as a skinny long table in the back. I love to come here to get my work done with some good coffee, as I will never be disappointed in finding a seat or having a bad experience. They also have good food, I have tried their salmon and avocado toast. Both are good and filling. They also have yummy pastries that usually sell out in the morning. Then as she was making the drink, she had mine sitting at the counter for a good few minutes without calling my name because she was busy chatting it up with a customer, handing him a note, talking about travel plans, etc. When I asked where my drink was and that I had been waiting for a while the other barista proceeded to say that they've just been busy. No, barista making my drink was just not serving each customer kindly and equally. They don't let you park in most of the residence areas either. (Although I should mention they do have their own lot, it's just very popular :-) With higher prices on everything, including coffee, this is my go to. If I'm going to splurge, I'd rather spend my money here, a local coffee shop that gets it right, every time.

We had asked for cups to go but they had given the cubano for in-person. When I asked staff to change it, was given a bit of attitude but they did it after some time lol. Later at our table, my daughter accidentally dropped a plate and it shattered. She burst into tears, completely mortified. Robert and Elizabeth were over in seconds, not in a rushing-to-clean-up way, but in a genuinely human way.
