Thought this 7-Eleven store was out of business. Looked liked it from a distance because a portion of the store had been boarded up. Upon closer inspection, I saw that they were open so we walked on over. They are close to the Space Needle so this store has a terrific location. Inside of the store was alright. Had all the necessities including water which we needed badly that hot day we visited. Prices were good. Service was not bad. read more

Um, rude, so so very rude. That's all I can bring to the table. We came in for Slurpee's, a few snacks and e-cigarettes. They had my smokes, my kids had their Slurpee's I was ready to pay and all I got from the 2 dudes behind the counter was the most aggressive anger filled customer service I've met in a long time. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a useless display of a power struggle with them being incredibly rude and dismissive of me. How about you get my smokes, shut your mouth and let me pay and leave because standing around in a 7-Eleven with 4 kids trying to see who's better than the person in front of me isn't something I have time for. I had no questions, I pointed at the smokes I wanted, I said two packs please and pointed at 4 slurpees and that seemed to be a problem. I don't have time for this. In my past experiences, 7-Elevens had pretty much all been the same. But this place... what a joke. Went there late at night/early in the morning, and there was literally nothing on the grill, and coffee was not ready. (What's really the point of being open 24 hours, then?) The best part: I had already grabbed a cup wanting coffee... and when I threw it out the guy yelled at me and tried charging $1 for it. Wtf? That aside, even if you go during regular hours, it's generally a subpar experience. There are often several shady characters around. And many people on Google comment on the rudeness/unprofessionalism of the cashiers. read more

To some extent it's hard to grade a chain restaurant. I think for these type of establishments you have to realize that they're on their own scale. For example, a four star for the Olive Garden isn't quite the same thing as a four star fancy French restaurant. Think of it as if you're grading 7--11's as if they're students in an English as a second language course. The fancy French restaurant is graded as if you're teaching an upper level college seminar. The expectations are just different. With that aside, this is a four-star 7-11. Why? I use the humble hot dog as the basis for my 7-11 grades. And here the hot dogs are clean-looking; no flies circling the meat. They're kept behind the counter with the clerk serving you. The liquid cheese and chili dispenser was also spotless and splirted out appropriately. So kudos to you, 7-11. read more

Don't pay attention to this stores hours. They usually close sometime between 11pm-1am and open sometime between 6-7am. It varies everyday.

Dont go to this 711They hate any americans who walk into their store. i walked in as a customer and had to use the restroom but they denied me a bathroom tellunfnme it was out of order and i clearly saw another person of their indian background walk out of the bathroom. i should have shit on their floor. I was in desire need of a bathroom and these indian cashiers clearly didnt repect other minorities but thyre own. Their customer service was awful. I have a circle k near where i live with indian people who treat me better than this! This is a pretty standard 7-Eleven. It was also one of the 7-Elevens that temporarily became Quik-E-Mart when the Simpsons movie came out, which I thought was kind of cool as far as marketing gimmicks go. It's one of the few places in town that will take cigarette coupons. I frequently see whores in the parking lot at night. read more

My car died in the street right next to this 711. After calling AAA and being told the wait time was 2-3 hours I thought I'd go into the 711 to ask to use the restroom. I was told that I could not use it even if I bought something. The younger of the two clerks told me in front of a store full of people that I should buy a cup and pee in it! I have never been treated so rudely! About 10 minutes later after I cooled down I went back into the store and asked for his name because we was not wearing a name tag. He got completely defensive and refused to give his name. He even called me a liar and said that he never said that. Seriously the worst! This 7-Eleven gas station / convenience store has DIESEL fuel which most gas stations in town do not provide. I normally drive my VW Jetta TDI on biodiesel fuel but when my fuel tank is running very low, sometimes I have to put my environmental values on the shelf and drop in some diesel fuel, which is at least environmentally better than gasoline. read more

I've been to multiple 7-11's these past few yrs to get my caffeine fix and usually happy with their customer service- LA, Long beach, Philly, orange county, Bellevue. However, after going to this branch a handful number of times, the workers here are consistant douches. read more

2 out of the 3 times I have been I was overcharged. I pointed the incorrect prices out to the cashier and they just shrugged. The prices on the shelves have yet to be updated and they continue to charge customers whatever they want. read more

As it goes, this 7-Eleven is all right with me. The staff here has always been great and/or entertaining and deals with a LOT of interesting characters! These guys put up with a lot here and still keep on going! I or my coworkers have frequented this spot daily for as long as I can remember, usually out of convenience, but it's nice to have a quick stop to grab cigarettes, beer, soda, chips, or the occasional (horrible-looking, but somehow somewhat tasty) cheeseburger dog. It was a Quik-E Mart during the Simpsons Movie and I wish it'd remained as such, but what can you do? Standard 7-Eleven fare is to be found here at the going rates. read more

Seven Eleven is really only a place you go if you have the munchies. Whenever I go to Seven Eleven the employees are very downcast and don't like being asked questions, they also get moody if you try to talk to them thats why I just get what I came for and leave immediately. One thing to note is that at my Seven Eleven anyway if you ask the cashier for a pizza slice or any other cooked food they either lie and say they don't have it or glare and get the food you asked for slowly and throw it at the counter. However not all my experiences are bad there is one guy that gives me deals and is nice to me, but its probably because of my panda express attire. read more
