The cashier was nice enough for those imprisoned to such facilities. The ATM machine was broken and lots of empty and filled boxes with items. I got the Japanese egg sando or the "Simply Egg Sandwich" here and it was alright. Not worth $6 though, but it's made with the Asian sweet milk bread and the egg salad part wasn't as heavy on the mayo/mustard like Western egg salad. Their 7-11 brand energy drinks BOGO free for around $2.50 is absolutely based though. Other than that, as per the other US gas station/convenience store stereotypes, looked like old wieners were rolling about on their heat rollers and unfortunately not a lot of other hot foods were stocked at this location. Praying one day that the Japanification/Weeabooification of 7-11's can take place so the populace can thoroughly enjoy.

Just paid 2.89 for a cup of coffee that was mostly water. You can also see the adhesive on the pin pad where someone had tore off the card skimmer . I used the squeegee at the pumps to clean my windows and the fluid fluids smelled like urine. Much of this is becoming a trend across a lot of 711 stores and I'm ready to stop giving them my business.

Picked up the exact monster drink, stated and any breakfast sandwich as stated and the cashier refused to honor the deal. Said something about expired and I showed him that it expired in August 2026 and I showed him the sign that they have posted and he still refused to give me the deal just shook his head. Now I understand why this place has such low reviews even though they're fairly new.

The cashier ignored it and tried to charge me the full price. I politely asked her to go back so I could use the $2 savings, but the first time she didn't respond. I asked again, and she finally said, "Huh? You want me to go back? Oh, okay," then started laughing and speaking in another language with the other cashier. They kept talking and laughing, clearly mentioning "$2" in the middle of their conversation. I confirmed that yes, I wanted to save the $2, but they continued laughing and talking instead of providing professional customer service. When she finished ringing me up, I said, "Have a wonderful day. God bless you." She didn't even acknowledge me or respond. In a time when kindness and respect should matter more than ever, this was uncalled for and rude. If this location wants to keep customers, the manager should seriously consider providing these employees with proper customer service training or replacing them with staff who treat customers with basic respect.

The employees there are always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience at this Walgreens location on 934 N.Hacienda Blvd. La Puente Ca was very disappointing. I placed an online pickup order a few days ago, and when I got home, I realized some of the items were not what I ordered. I came back the next day for an even exchange, but the customer service was very poor. The employee at the front seemed confused about my issue, so I had to explain it several times. Eventually, she asked the supervisor for help, but the supervisor immediately gave me attitude. There was also a long line, and no one tried to open another register to help customers waiting. When the manager name Crystal got involved, the attitude continued instead of trying to resolve the issue politely. It honestly felt like they did not want to help customers at all. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and the whole experience was frustrating and rude. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location.

I've only really gone here for their pharmacy to pick up antibiotics due to a really bad and really mucus-y infection or to get my COVID/flu and cold shot in the past. There's almost always a line at the pharmacy and I also had to wait a bit for any shots. They do their best, but again, large patient population and limited staff. But at least on the pharmacy side, staff is very polite and do their best to be efficient. Never really found any sale items or weird energy drinks or sodas that caught my eyes, but unless I really need something, Walgreens isn't my place to go.

One liquor store has to be within walking distance from your house and for some reason there's always that one person that decides to drive "buzz" to get another round of drinks. Not gonna lie, I used to go to 7/11 which is about a block away from Happy's. Every other day I would go after work or when there was sports game I wanted to chill and watch. I used to think 7/11 had no competition until I decided to go to Happy's. Hell, it was closer anyway and parking wasn't bad. This liquor store can support many habits with the selections they have. Happy's Market carries wine, IPA's, cheap beer (Cobra or Bud Ice), import and domestic beer. Sadly, no hard liquor. You buy booze and munchies and you're on your way out. If you're a smoker they have stuff for your too buddy, they'll support your habits also, win win right? I no longer have to ask or think about driving to get another round of drinks. I'll make that walk with my dog and yes he'll let me come in with her to get my drinks. The employees are always chill and the price deals they have are the only competition for 7/11. This is my favorite neighborhood store. Check it out for yourself
