This morning, as I left for work, I made a last-minute decision to stop at 711 on Paradise Valley Road and Worthington. I should have stopped at my Bonita 711, but then I wouldn't be writing this review. I purchased a quick meal of 3 items. A package of boiled eggs, a stick of Gouda Cheese, and a 711 brand "Hand Pressed Vegetable smothie." I paid and quickly left on my way. As I went to open the cheese, I noticed the expiration date was Nov 21, 2022. So I put it down and grabbed the smoothie. This item expired December 14, 2022. This is horrible. read more

This 7-11 is a typical convenience store in a good location. If you need some candy, gum, drinks, or snack, it's a great place to stop by and quickly hop back on the 125 highway. The coffee in the morning is made well and they keep it stocked. The shelves are well stocked and the refrigerators are cold for drinks n etc. The store is kept clean and well lit. The service is fast and efficient. Overall, it's a nice convenience store where you can pick something up quickly and be on your way. read more

They have 2 ATMs So that you're not waiting in a long line waiting for others. The store seems really clean and tidy. I also like how the clerk greet you when you come in. This was a quick stop to use the ATM and it worked out well I was in amd out within three minutes. read more

They are charging 23 cents a gallon again if you use debit or credit. They are notorious for picking and choosing when they want to charge extra. I wonder how many people go to the pump not realizing if they use their credit card or debit card they're being charged more than the regular price. Hand sanitizer pump is never working and is always empty. 4 gas pumps....a lot of people outside all the time. You're more than likely to run into beggars here at this location also. Very busy location. lines are very long as the aisles come close to the counter leaving very little space between the counters and the walkway which leads into the store through to the coolers. I have been coming to this 7-11 FOREVER!! Every since the new owners took over about a year ago this place has gone downhill!! They fired all of the regular employees and now only the family members work here. They r not friendly. The store always smells and seems dirty. And they always just have one register open with a million people in line. Takes forever just to make a small purchase. I hate that this is the closest store to my house because i would definitely not go here anymore if it wasn't for the location. This place sucks! read more

Gas pumps are always out of receipt paper which means you always need to go inside and wait in the slow line instead of doing a quick fill and go. Paper towels are almost always out also. Good luck wiping your windows or anything because they are not on point when it comes to restocking anything. read more

This is one of few 7-11's that have a gas station. The gas is usually reasonable and the quality is good. Typical stuff inside. This place gets real busy. Employees are efficient enough. Also, he tried to charge me for a newspaper sitting on the register the whole time (lack of attention again) when I tried to get change for my gas. Yes this 711 is very friendly, and convenient.. I have been coming to this same one for about 9 years, I have seen many of the employee's come and go. One of the biggest pet peeves is having a Lazy, inconsiderate cashier!! Everyone else is great at this store, but one!! And if Jim the owner would just eliminate the lazy employees he would have a great store in the morning. I would rate this higher... If I could I would review with no stars but I just went there just recently tonight and was accused of stealing. Like wtf I didn't have shit on me, it's night time so I happened to go to the store in my pajamas and tie my sweatpants up by the string since it had became loose. And the female employee came up to me not saying anything but holding out her hand to me, even after I asked her what she wanted shes still holding out her hand the one thing I had in my hand was my wallet. Wtf would I do if I have my wallet in my hand I'm obviously there to shop and pay for my items. I stop in here two or more times a day and there's always a smiling cashier greeting me and I especially think that's a great quality to have considering this location isn't in the nicest part of town so you've got handfuls of random people coming through that door with different personalities. I'm always cheerful when I come in and cheerful when I come out! Never had a bad experience here and I will continue to come back! Can't wait to see the renovations. This 711 is the best one I ever been in and I been to Denver Texas New York Jersey Vegas and ect.. The workers here always are so happy and friendly. They are always so helpful and funny I wouldn't go to any other 711.
