If I could rate it lower I would. I ordered a croissant sandwich and a turkey sandwich with no bacon. As soon as I came in I walked up and waited for the employee to help me and nicely said "Goodmorning I just have a pickup order" and without hesitation this man looks at the order and goes back to what he's doing. Doesn't acknowledge it or anything. And proceeds to talk to his co worker. Mind you my order says it's been ready for pickup. When the food is ready it's completely wrong. The croissant sandwich wasn't even a croissant. It was normal white bread and everything had bacon on it. Beyond terrible customer service and beyond terrible food experience. It's local, it's convenient. It's the sister to the business next door. Overall, do NOT expect better than 4/10 service. They are always confused. They will make very little modifications like splitting an item!! Even if you offer to pay. They are very happy to let the service go without even an apology or care. If you ask for anything extra like a salsa or condiments they are annoyed and stingy. It's actually very high prices as well. The food is always fresh, it's clean inside and again it's convenient. Delicious still, yet inconsistent in flavor profile. I ordered three smores cookie again as well and it was a little on the dry side. I wanted to order a breakfast burrito but there wasn't an option on door dash for just a sausage & egg burrito (without the bacon). I also wish there were more non-pork options for breakfast items. When we came in all the ice cream looked melted and refrozen with iced over freeezer burned looking spots. There was a random iced coffee sitting in the rim of the freezer case that seemed weird. There was also a dead fly in one of the flavors. The cookies looked good but we were turned off enough by the state of the ice cream case that we just left. read more

My review is based on customer service. We came to try out Cafe Amor before heading out for the day. We ordered the mini pancakes,oatmeal bowl, olla latte and cinnamon latte. I will say the olla latte and was delicious. The cinnamon latter ehh it was ok. The decor in the place was festive for valentines day and my wife liked it. Now onto the customer service. Upon receiving my drink it was labeled maple. I was confused because i ordered the cinnamon latte. When i went up to ask if it was a mistake the cashier looked at me and said " you ordered the maple cinnamon latte didnt you?" I said no i ordered the cinnamon latte. His response was, well thats the same one its a cinnamon maple latte. No where in the description was maple mentioned. I can get past that but what was rude was the way he spoke and his tone instead of explaining. Before leaving i placed an order for banana pudding and banana milk matcha. When he called my order i was handed a banana latte. Again i let him know that the order was wrong and i responded no i ordered MATCHA. The blank stare and eye roll followed by ill remake it. Overall this place seems to get alot of delivery orders but not alot of dine in and honestly i can see why. Would still recommend but give people a heads up about the attitude. read more

It's possibly one of the best bagels I've had in town! So incredibly delicious. An everything bagel, cream cheese, spinach, turkey breast, mozarella cheese and avocado -- and it tastes as amazing as it sounds!
