The hostess let me know they had been there for 2 years. it's a small space but cozy to work it. definately not somewhere you want to post up but good if you're going to stop for about an hour or so to do some WFH work. SERVICE: So i've been craving coconut latte or a vanilla latte with coconut milk you'd be surpised to hear that not many cafe's have coconut milk as an option. so i decided to call and the hostess was very kind. when i arrived she realized it was me who had called and made conversation. so very friendly! FOOD: Not fod but i got my vanilla latte in coconut milk and it was exactly what i wanted. not too sweet and i can be sure my stomach won't be upset due to the fact that it's made in coconut milk! love it.

I stood at the pickup area for several minutes while three employees were behind the counter. One of them looked directly at me while drinking water but didn't even greet or acknowledge me, and the other two never seemed to notice that someone was waiting. It felt like no one paid attention to customers at the pickup station unless they walked over to the ordering counter. I wasn't helped until another employee came out of the kitchen to assist a different customer. She then went behind the counter, chatted briefly with her coworkers, noticed me waiting, and finally asked if I was picking up an order. The food has also changed. I used to buy the strawberry crepe for my daughter almost every weekend because we loved it. This time, it was soggy and overwhelmingly sweet, with far too much topping and syrup. It no longer has the same quality it used to. The omelet was still decent and about the same as before, but the cappuccino was bland and forgettable. Nothing about it stood out. Based on this visit, I won't be coming back. It's disappointing to see both the service and the quality decline from what used to be one of our favorite places.

In addition, the drinks that we ordered were just not good at all: +the Toasted Marshmallow Latte - prepared with 2 shots of espresso, choice of milk, and a housemade toasted marshmallow syrup; this tasted like watered down coffee with no 'toasted marshmallow' taste; coffee could have been prepared strong, and we did ask for 'extra hot', but received it regular temperature +Witch's Potion - an apple cider with chai, topped with a dash of cinnamon; probably one of the worst ciders we've had - wasn't really sure the mixture with the chai, but this just seemed like it was an improperly steeped tea that did not have any flavor The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be local patrons who come here on a regular basis. You can easily stop by if you're in the area. Their schedule changes so check their social media beforehand. The couple was friendly and kind. I ordered the cherry vanilla latte that I enjoyed. It was tasty and pretty. Also tried the chocolate croissant. It looks like they have fall drinks so I will be trying pumpkin next time. They have a small seating area where you could have your coffee and pastry with a friend.

I don't even live close to it but try to get it as much as I can lol. All of the baristas are so friendly. Because I have been there so often they know me now and know my drink :) The shop inside is super cute and aethestic. They offer seasonal drinks and every one that I have tried was really good . I have tried almost all of their drinks and have nothing bad to say. The ingredients they use are high quality and you can taste it in the drinks. They offer matcha flights as well and whenever I walk in I see plenty of people enjoying them so I know it's a big hit. I will also say they go over the top for customer service. My two year old got a pastry on one of our visits and ended up having an allergic reaction. The owner was so sweet. He reached out to me via text and also provided all of the ingredients listed so that we could figure out what she reacted to. Great customer service and amazing drinks.
