The absolute worst prescription service that I have ever experienced. I receive alerts regularly…read morethat the pharmacy is "permanently closed" only to receive notice that they are open and operating again two days later. Evidently, they have no backup plan to keep the pharmacy open for the high staff turnover. There is no way to get your medication during this time and they will not help you with another way to do so. Also, you will sit at the drive-thru pickup window for fifteen minutes ignored, only to watch someone walk up to the counter inside and get helped right away. I receive notice that my prescription is ready for pickup, then drive to the pharmacy only to be told that it is not ready and won't be ready until the next day. If you have to call with a question, you are kept on hold for so long that you finally hang up. And their customer service is nonexistent! They either talk to you as if you completely lack the ability to comprehend what they're saying or they are just plain rude.

Last time I was there the two folks behind the counter were having a LOUD conversation about something and did not let my presence at the register deter them from continuing their LOUD conversation. It's just a bit jarring. Sand the edges off, ladies. Make some better eye contact and save the decibels and gossip for the bar after work.

Made a b-line to the facilities. The men's facilities were in working order. However, my colleague wasn't having as much luck as I did. I made my way outside to wait on her and was informed that one of the stalls was not in working order. Before we headed out of here we were planning the rest of our day. How long it was going to be to get home and where to get lunch. Even though we were parked in the lot, we didn't feel rushed to get going. Decent stop, well used location.

The store itself offers a couple of self-checkout lines, attendant lines (2), made-to-order kiosk (3), self serve coffee and drink stations, lottery machines, mobile pick-up, a small section of convenience items, pre-made food and pastries, as well as tobacco and alcohol. Compared to other locations, I felt this store was very small and offered a lot less than other Wawa's I have shopped at (it could be that we are located in a smaller area). My one complaint is the pre-made heated food was burnt, my husband could not finish eating his sausage croissant, we are understanding- it's first day and your still trying to adjust QC and the like. There is parking directly in front of the store and as well as on the left of the store (if facing it). There are several gas pumps for those needing fuel. Overall, it was a nice Wawa, I just wish the store itself was a little bigger and they had a wider selection of items. I'm still very happy that Wawa has come to down, I only wish I would have gotten there a little early to get some swag (the shirt). The goose was very friendly and engaging:)

A quick stop revealed this store was clean, well-stocked, and had all the goodies we've come to expect. Staff were friendly enough and we were in an out with snacks and a potty break in no time. Plenty of gas pumps and plenty of parking for easy in and out.

To paraphrase the Beatles, there's nothing I can say that can't be said, but man do I love, love, love this place. Excellent whole bean offerings, roasted to perfection by expert roasters. Delicious hot and iced coffee and espresso drinks that simply can't be replicated anywhere nearby--including, sadly, in my home town of Staunton (hey, Trager Brothers! There's a huge opportunity for expansion in the Queen City!). And top all that off with sublime, informed, and incredibly friendly front of house staff.
