The line was getting rather long for check out, so this triggered another employee to open up by the photo section. Unfortunately, there are many people in the world that are not willing to help you out or ask someone else for guidance, if they don't know how to assist. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

Then I go to the meat counter and the old guy is literally licking his fingers while he's doing something with raw meat. I actually asked him. Did you just lick your fingers with the raw meat and he's like I have to taste the marinade, but I watched him do it two times without changing his gloves then when I called him out on it, he changed his gloves and the young guy said oh he has to taste the marinade. I go that's raw meat. Then I go to use the bathroom and the older lady in the back looked at me like I had leprosy. No one smiles. No one's helpful. Then I go to check out and the check girl she's young looked at me and said separate I said separate what and she goes is this separate? I said no it's one order and then she just gave me this annoyed look like I shouldn't even be shopping in there. Then I come to See she's putting my meat in with the produce so she probably meant do you want me to separate the food but I didn't understand what she was saying then she just gave me attitude the whole time throwing all of my stuff in my meat with my veggies, horrible experience I will never be back.

I used to work in healthcare and KNOW the demands so I extend lots of grace. With the Rite Aid having closed, I'm sure they are getting slammed with more work and on top have to deal with corporate demands. The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.
