No sir, they like to overcharge in price gouge for cigars. The 7-Eleven off of Fairoaks charge $1.79 plus tax for their cigars. I spend no more than two dollars. At this location they pick and choose and they had the nerve to charge me $2.50+ tax. This is not acceptable and they should be held accountable. They may be getting over an extra $.50 or so but literally if you go down the street on Fairoaks they are charging prices. In short, as another reviewer said, have your lottery ticket handled at another retailer. The clerk did not or would not understand that a free ticket is a winning. All he had to say was "no cash" and the tickets printed "were for me". I could get my old ticket back that showed "cashed", evidence something was provided - but unless I jumped over the counter, there was no way the winnings of that ticket, a free ticket, would ever be handed over. Came at 2:16 am to get me a couple waters. I go in and the doors are locked but the lights are on, I see the guy walk out and he's full on scratching his behind and his junk. And proceeds to touch his face and merchandise. Definitely lost a returning customer and let alone bad service. This is the first time I've ever seen a 7/11 that is known for being open 24 hours be closed and only open for the workers convenience. This is a typical 7-Eleven but there are some issue: 1. The girl behind the counter is always on the phone and has given me incorrect change 4 times. The girl rings up my purchase while on the phone. I ask about the scratchers in the glass case and she just shrugs. I assume she is saying "I don't know" but she is still talking on the phone. I double check my change while she is still talking on the phone and inform her that she short changed me. She does not count my money and just gives me the amount I noted. This has happened at least four times. Not very good book keeping or customer service in my mind. 2. The floors were sticky the last two times I visited this location. Please mop the floor, especially around the soda and Slurpee machine. There are very few times that I come to a 7-Eleven and am unable to make my cherry coke flavor! I am addicted to these darn Slurpees and twice now in about a week or so, this location has let me down. First off they show a cherry slip but the flavor is actually orange in color! Then what looks like cherry next to it says, "Currently Chilling" and the sign has been up from my last attempt. When I asked them on first visit they said it was out of stock and delivery was the following day. The lady tells me this visits that she's sorry when I asked, why no Cherry!! Went in to get a slurpee about half an hour ago and some other snacks, the cashier ran me up and it was 25$ and some change, I handed him a 50$ dollar bill and got back 14$ dollars and some change... I looked at him and asked for my receipt but he couldn't go back to print it. I told him "I gave you a 50 dollar bill, I'm pretty sure that my change was supposed to be 24$ and change" as soon as he realized how much he gave me in return, he apologized multiple times and gave me the correct amount. Be sure to check your change when pay with cash and get no receipt from any store... I'm not saying that he did it on purpose but I work too hard for my money to be given incorrect change. WOW! *THIS* is my new go-to 7-Eleven store! I stopped by this morning - grouchy because the first two 7-Elevens I stopped at either had no hot coffee or no French Vanilla creamer - this one didn't seem to have French Vanilla either, so I asked for it, and this delightful young man named Sravan pointed me at the cold French Vanilla creamer in the counter-top dispenser. I want my first cup of coffee in the morning super hot and super sweet, so I told him, "No thanks - it's cold - and it makes my coffee cold." His response? "Two minutes, and I will make it warm for you!" AND HE DID JUST THAT!! What a delightfully pleasant thing to have happen to a grumpy old lady who is late for work and kind of a bi*** anyway. I feel bad for giving this store such a low rating. The customer service is great. But ... Twice now (including today) I bought a frozen meal and the plastic has been compromised. Couldn't see it because of how the packaging was. I am super weird about my food and that grosses me out. Last week, I asked for Marlboro Menthol Lights only to find out once I got back to work they gave me regular Parliments? Their selection on certain food (like protein bars) is extremely skim. This is my local 7-11; they see me at 10AM, and somewhere between 9PM - 3AM. They have a pretty complete selection of energy drinks, ice cream, and taquitos. They also have Dasani, Evian, and Fiji which are my prefered brands of water when I don't feel like paying 3 dollars for a bottle of Voss. The staff is all generally friendly, especially Anna, who is the first smile I see every day. My one complaint, which, actually EARNS them a star, is that they're CONSTANTLY washing the floor no matter what time of day or night I pop in there. Weird. Overall, pretty average for a Sevies, but it's my Sevies, damnit. read more

As I was getting out to go in and buy my convenience items the employee came out and told me that I was not allowed to stay in the parking lot for longer than 15 minutes.
