This store is clean, bright, and well appointed. There are a variety of items sold here, both commonplace to "drug stores" and not-so-common. On my most recent visit I saw that they were selling coolers of all types (not sure if this is just a summer thing). Prices here are reasonable and there were sales on some items which we intended on buying (but of course, we left with a few add-ons). This store has nice, helpful, and cheerful employees and managers. Ample parking is available around the perimeter of the store.

Do not just walk away without checking your order for pickups. I tell you this as both a delivery contractor and a costumer. I have reduced my patronage with their food prep side. The sad part its not just this Wawa. All the Wawa's have an increase of incomplete orders. As a customer: I keep getting charged for missing items, Their refund department only refunds what they want. Meaning theres 2 of the same item missing? They only do 1 and then you find yourself having to waste more time dealing with them to get the rest of your money. Also the plate orders get made half way and they just go, "it looks good" n try to just give it to you like that. As a Delivery driver: I keep getting the same issues no matter where we are. If you as a company are going to put tape in the bag so there is no tampering from us? You are responsible to make sure you keep your quality and trust with your clients that (all the items) are included and if not? You don't charge the items. Its not fair that delivery drivers are being punished for your business mistakes. I don't understand why is it so hard to look at the label , tablet or print out and match the items to it? I used to work in a pizza n grill place as a line cook. All i had to do was read the slip, put whats on the slip in the tray. Missing item? I pressed that little button in my ear piece n told the kitchen Runner we out of something. I think WaWa needs to adapt to the change like other business have. If you cannot trust your own employees to make sure whats ordered matches whats given? Mc donalds, Dunkin, Wendys and even chiks fill etc, all have brought in the scale system. It saves time on your business and has a shorter window of mistakes. Im aware lots of businesses have the holiday temps but its not fair for your customers paying you and adding extra tips to end up paying; $45 +tips for a yogurt and 5 missing items. $20 +tips two dinner bowls with just sauce and meat no sides. (Look at pics) cuz your "Order Finisher" rather close the bag without verifying or third party delivery contractors to have to compromise the "no tampering tape or staples to make sure YOUR employees do the order right. While we get chewed out and be at risk of getting penalize again FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES SLACK. I got mayor health disabilities. I do food deliveries cuz my body wont allow me to be stable inside a mandatory schedule system. Being a contractor delivery person? I can stop working when i need to, i can start working when i want. Take all breaks my body needs. I got a tore ACL on top of that. Just walking on pain killers still hurts like a mother Fahkr, but i got bills and i do what i have to. My whole job is to pick stuff up, make sure i transport things safely and clean. Deliver it to clients wishes. Thats it. If you are a customer ordering through the Wawa app? Please don't be rude to your delivery drivers. We are not allowed to open your bags and look. To WaWa: you guys need to fix this, its easy. Put a poster next to the Delivery tablet or computer. Get your Team lead to exercise some of that good old fashion "Peer to Peer" and encourage them to correct the simple task of making sure inventory matches order. I understand its the holidays, but you will loose money from people loosing your trust. I know you ain't getting my my meal prep or delivery money anymore. No way im going to order a meal for my elderly mom while im working hours away, for her to call me n find out theres only a soda in the bag after i payed ($20-30+tips). So that i spend another 30mins to get my money back and wait 3 f ing days to get an actual refund. Its like we giving money away. HELL NO! For now you are a gas station thats it. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Today, I watched a young woman come in and politely ask one of the employees if they were hiring. The employee responded kindly and said, "Yes, we are. Let me get the manager." When the manager came out, he barely looked at her and immediately said, "No, we're not hiring." You could see the confusion on the young woman's face after being told the exact opposite by an employee just moments earlier. She quietly walked out, and it was obvious she felt discouraged and embarrassed. As an adult observing this interaction, I couldn't help but feel that the manager may have judged this young woman before taking even a moment to speak with her or learn anything about her. Afterward, I started looking around and noticed there appeared to be very little diversity among the staff. The manager and all of the employees working at the time were Caucasian, while the applicant was a young Latina woman. I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but the situation left a very negative impression. To make matters more concerning, I later checked online and found an active job posting for this location, which raises the question: if they are hiring, why was she told they were not? I cannot say with certainty what the manager's intentions were, but from a customer's perspective, the interaction appeared dismissive and unfair. I believe upper management should review this situation to ensure that all applicants are treated with respect and given an equal opportunity to be considered. This happened on 6/2/2026 between 12-2 and I screened shot the job post. Not cool Starbucks!

I soon received my order and headed home with my coffee and sandwich. We loved both coffee options they were smooth, well-prepared, and flavorful. It's clean, so well-stocked and it has carts-which I need, since I always leave with an unexpected find-or three! It's been my pharmacy for years... I've also gotten several immunizations here... and they have a huge health/medical selection... everything from eye drops for my niece's pink eye to my mom's cinnamon pills. They also have a really large beauty section-which reminds me, I need foundation and makeup sponges. Hallmark cards? They've got a long aisle of them! Vitamins? Tons! Snacks-oh yeah, my photos tell that story-and a great candy aisle. You can also find everything from hand warmers to great holiday items. And when everyplace else was sold out on toilet paper at the height of the pandemic-and bottled water before hurricane Irma, I found both here. You might have to do a u-turn to get in here, depending on which way you're coming from, but it's totally worth it. They give coupons and there's a rewards program. Plus, they have lots of parking, extensive hours, a drive-thru prescription window and hey, their own liquor store, right next door. Unless I get hung up in the latter... When entering the store at about 2pm there was a barricade partially across the customer service area but had 5-6 customers in line, so I got in line. The man in front of me turned and said customer service is closed. I went to the associate at self checkout and she went over to find out. She told me the customer service closing because he is leaving early and has no replacement. I have never seen this ever. She suggested going to the "other" Walmart 6 miles away. Not really right to me, I needed to get this done. I hate that Walmart can't find enough employees to work. I think I may go elsewhere from now on.
