PROS: This 7-11 is one of my go-to convenient stores. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly when you speak to them. They have a lot of the basic stuff 7-11 has and their prices are in line CONS: parking lot only has a couple spots and the store is small compared to other 7-11s. They don't have as large of an inventory as others as well OVERALL: i would still come here despite size disadvantages but my main concern would just be a matter of finding parking read more

Along a major village avenue thoroughfare you'll find this 7 11. Basically like your usual 7 11 and provides all the drinks and candies and snacks you might want. What i liked though was it had a clean bathroom. For cyclists riding through the area its a great rest stop to use the bathroom and get some fluids and snacks in you. read more

They never have coke slurpees. Once, I even called them beforehand to see if the coke slurpee machine was working. They told me it was. I got there and it wasn't. What good is a 7-11 if they don't have coke slurpees? I will never go there again. Go to the 7-11 in Cresskill. There is ample parking AND coke slurpees like you won't believe. read more

I went there today and got 2 "Big Bite" hot dogs and other stuff. Oh man, the hot dogs I got were pathetic - all dried up and really salty - and the word "big" was wrong! They must have given me the overcooked ones that were on the roller all day or all week. Who knows.. THE WORSE HOT DOGS EVER! You might be wondering... 5 stars for a corporate brand convenient store? Well last night, I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night with a sharp thirst call from my throat. I knew I won't be able to go back to sleep without a cup of chilled water, but there was absolutely nothing in my fridge. I was hesitant to pull out my car to drive at night, and I knew no place in Tenafly would be open at 1 AM... Fortunately, I remembered that my friend once told me about this 7-Eleven store. I wondered if this store operates 24/7 but the only way to find out was to actually go there. I took out my bike and got there in less than 10 minutes. And I was out of sheer joy to see that bright open sign that saved my life. To have at least one store that always opens is an essential addition to our town. I now have an option to rely on this store if I ever face emergent events at night. Honestly. If I could give this location no star I would. Every single time I've been there I've gotten charged a different amount for the same cup of coffee that I've purchased both at that location and at many others! When I asked why, I was answered rudely and with some mumbo jumbo about "the cup". Bizarre behavior by owner and cashier. Then one day I'm filling my cup with coffee over ice when the woman owner literally comes over and puts her hand over the tap to stop me from "using that cup". When I asked why (since I've been using the same cup for my iced coffee for 5 years" I was rudely told it was against company policy! I said ok. Next time I won't use it and proceeded to fill my cup and she actually screamed at me and put her hand over the cup! Truly a Star Wars bar scene scenario! Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to that location. I will stick to cresskill (and all other locations)where the people are pleasant, say good morning and hello and don't tell me to use a different cup! read more

Place is good . Owner is greedy! 7/11 app says their coffee is a dollar but refuse to honor the deal . Owner told employees not to scan the bar code from the coffee cups that would give you the deal, instead they are told to just punched in the coffee on their cash register thus voiding the discount. This place/owner should be reported to corporate or change their deals coz it is very deceptive to customers and patrons. SHAME ON YOU!!! read more

Used to be my go to location. They have a nice selection of protein bars and such, but the workers at the Cresskill location are much more friendly and courteous. I walked in and the new staff followed and watched me as I made my selection, so I plopped my items on a shelf and got my items elsewhere. read more

I really like this 7 Eleven, its super clean and the staff are very nice. I feel badly because they have a tiny parking lot with a large sign stating that its for 7 Eleven customers only, yet people park in 7 Eleven's spaces and then go to other businesses. This isn't fair to the owners of 7 Eleven or to customers like myself. I witnessed the owner this weekend place a flyer on the windshield of a car parked in a 7 Eleven space asking to not park there. At that moment the owner returned to the car. The owner was extremely polite and could have simply had the car towed. The owner of the car was indifferent and drove away. Not cool. I will keep shopping at 7 Eleven in Tenafly because they are super nice and have everything I need. read more

I witnessed disgusting behavior by the owner of this 7/11. I was waiting online to pay and I hear the owner exclaim to one of her spanish speaking employees "what's going on here!" As he was speaking Spanish. She then walked over to the register spoke her native language to the cashier then exclaimed to all the customers waiting that no one should be speaking Spanish in here English only as it is the main language of the United States. Not only is this ignorant but it's contradictory as she was speaking her native tongue to another employee. Practice what you preach. I will never go back to witness such disgusting behavior especially from a business owner who deems it necessary to scream at her employees in front of people. read more

Do not do business here. They have products marked at incorrect prices and will not honor the prices as marked. Poor business owners who do not care about the experience of their consumers. Coffee is often sitting for extended periods of time and they will not replace. Take your business to a small business in the area that deserves it. read more

The coffee was hot and fresh at 11:30 p.m. The cold drinks are cold. The counters and floors were clean. There was a nice selection and variety of hot foods and cold fresh sandwiches. I accidentally locked myself out of my car around midnight while traveling from out of state. Customer service agent Ryan is an asset to your company. He was helpful and encouraged me that everything was going to be alright.. He even gave me my coffee for free seeing how upset I was. Officer Paul got me back into my vehicle. I would come back again when I'm in Tenafly, N.J. It's in a very convenient location and open 24 hours a day. :-) read more
