This is my 2nd favorite Starbucks store. My drinks are always made right. There is plenty of seating available. I noticed that this Starbucks is understaffed at times. I think the drive-thru lines have something to do with it. Not that I ever go through the drive thru, but I notice how slow the lines are. The staff is doing the best they can to keep customers happy. I had a pleasant experience thanks to Sarah. She's one of the coolest people I have ever met. I always give myself a chance to meet new people. I wasn't having the best day. I appreciate her taking time out of her day to connect with me. She made my experience unforgettable by giving me a fist bump and dabbing me up. That small act of kindness really goes a long way. I've been pretty down on myself this summer because of the job searching. I've had 9 interviews and have been super unlucky with getting hired. It makes me happy to know that I have someone I can talk to whenever I may not be happy. read more

They literally cannot handle the traffic they have. And this is only a small town. They would've folded up years ago somewhere else.

The drive through service is painfully slow.. and directions on how a drink is requested is often not met. Found driving an extra 5 minutes or so to the Ridgewood drive through to be a much better experience. read more

The person Annisa who took our order at the drive thru was extremely rude. She was rushing us and didn't care to listen anything we asked. When we went to pay I asked if I can use my app she rolled her eyes at my husband and I and continued to give us an attitude. The drinks we ordered she messed. I asked for OATMILK and she put regular milk. The place was empty it wasn't like there was anyone behind us on line. Just a few cars in the parking lot. Starbucks should only hire people who have good interpersonal skills. What a horrible experience!! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit! With the relocation from their previous spot just across the street, this ultramodern store makes other ones look bad. There is such a vast amount of space and sleekness, it offers a very chill atmosphere. All of the staff work hard to make sure they provide impeccable and speedy service. The drinks are excellent and always made quickly, even with the popularity of this location with the drive-thru. There's often a lot of people visiting, but going inside cuts down the wait time significantly. There is also outdoor seating with some umbrellas available, so it's a great spot to grab some coffee solo or with others. read more

Mmm..nothing better than luke warm coffee. Stopped at the drive-thru on Friday around 7:00 PM and ordered a simple tall coffee with 1/2 and 1/2. Was treated to barely warm coffee. Only thing worse would have been grounds at the bottom but thankfully not. Starbucks has one basic founding ideal - serve a good cup of coffee. This place couldn't even do that.....! read more

I did a mobile order as I usually do these days. I hadn't been to this Starbucks area in awhile so I had no idea they moved a few doors down the road! Spacious though they aren't using indoor seating due to Covid, but there's outdoor seating and plenty more than where they used to be. No matter how advanced I order something ahead of time using the mobile app, there's always a delay here. I've ordered 30 minutes ahead before, and I'm still greeted with a 10-15 minute wait. I get that most places are understaffed, but this is one of the rare cases where they might be over staffed. Today, I witnessed at least 4 kids just chit chatting while only 2-3 people were working. Not only were they doing this, but I even had the honor to watch them put stickers on another barista as a "prank. Either way, I digress. The barista who made my drink placed it where it seemingly was someone else's responsibility to put it in the mobile order area. I suppose those kids were too busy and deep in conversation to realize this, so finally after standing there like I was invisible for about 5 minutes, I politely got the attention of someone and inquired if that drink near them (out of my reach and name out of sight) happened to be for me. They appeared burdened with this tall order and retrieved it. What do you know, my intuition was shockingly right. They handed it to me with what appeared as slight disgust. Maybe I'm just not in tune with today's generation. Perhaps the younger workers were just deprived of social interaction because of the pandemic, so they don't operate with the same social cues I grew up on. ordered 3 items egg sandwich ready in 5 minutes 15 minutes later latte ready completely forgot to make dragon drink, another 10 minutes for that. There shouldn't be 30 minutes between your sandwich order and your drink order. this Starbucks is extremely busy with drive thru and app orders, they don't have enough people working and no supervisor that I could see. read more

So this location replaced the one they had a block down. When I say the location is awful. Between the drive thru and the parking lot its a mess trying to get in to the store and driving in and out of that parking lot. First and last time. ITs an accident waiting to happen. read more

This Starbucks has improved their drive through speed I will give them that, however they still rush through making the drinks so they are serving poor quality beverages. Today one of my drinks was ready when I arrived at the window. I watched as they rushed around to complete the order and then was served my matcha drink with streaks on dark matcha down the sides, clearly not made properly. When I went to take a drink it was hard to suck up the straw and then I got home and discovered why. There was a golf ball sized clump of unmixed matcha in my drink. Disgusting and WAY more then necessary to make this drink. Stop rushing and make the drinks your customers order the correct way! read more

Just left the drive thru and felt like I was at McDonald's. The girl with the red hair working the night shift at around 8:00 pm on 4/26 was absolutely rude. While placing my order she consistently asked after every item I said "is that it" "is that it". I then felt rushed and asked her to give me a second to which she responded with an attitude of "ok I'm gonna walk away, give u a second and I'll be right back" I then tried to say "okay I'm ready" to which I then got ignored for 5 min later to be told "Ok is that it now?" This is when I began to see my items pop up on the screen and saw that she was missing a few things, so I re said them and she responded again with an attitude "uh yeah I already got those" "is that it" so then I asked for 2 cake pops to which she responded nasty "you didn't say that before" (like obviously I didn't say that before because I'm still trying to order items from the menu and you are trying to rush me with an attitude). I finally just gave up and said "you know what yes that will be all" upon approaching the window I got told a different amount at the window than I did while I was still at the drive thru screen. I'd also like to note that I asked for a straw to which I got no response so I asked again to get a nasty attitude "yeah I'm getting them" after I grabbed my straws she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I can honestly say I've only had good experiences at this Starbucks location (I only come here it's the closest to my house) and her attitude was completely out of line, along with that I shouldn't feel rushed. I get you don't want to be there but you still have a job to do and you should do it with the respect and professionalism necessary to complete the tasks you need to until your shift ends. Absolutely insane and disgusting behavior. She acted like a complete child. I've never seen a Starbucks employee act that way, they are usually always nice and peppy. This isn't my first encounter with this staff member either, I typically try to avoid going to this location around evening time so I don't need to deal with her :) read more

Amazing customer service, like genuinely the nicest staff. Went through the drive through and the guy working the speaker greeted us very enthusiastically. Then when we pulled up to the window the drinks were taking a little bit to be mad (3 minutes or so), but even though we had to wait we had the nicest conversation with a worker who actually engaged with the customers. Whenever I go they make my drink exactly how I want it and you can tell the workers enjoy their jobs, are in a good mood, and care about the customers.
