Probably not a more convienant location in town. They sell gas, cold drinks, beer, snacks, sandwiches and basic grub suitable for a day at the beach. Walk in wearing your bathing suit or wrapped in a towel right off the beach, it's that kind of place, grab what you need and literally walk back to the beach across the street.
