My card was skimmed here then when I was inspecting card reader bc it has a lot of tape and gap on it he started yelling at me and calling me stupid, I was with my minor child and I explained to him the top part became unattached (skimmer) and I was banned from this store , I made a police report . They withdrew $860 from my account thankfully I was able to get back . I wasn't disrespectful to him until he started insulting me and yelling at me and called me racial slur. I came with my husband and my son to this place to get some drinks and use the bathroom. They had a sign in each bathroom saying out of order and when we went to pay, we asked for the bathroom and we had a very nasty woman yelling to us that there are no bathrooms in the store. My son asked if both were out of order and she repeated even louder and in a more rude way that there are no bathrooms in the store. We have never been treated with such disrespect in a business where we are buying a bunch of things. This woman should not be serving customers. She has no idea what customer service looks like or even heard about it. We had to leave everything behind and took off to another store where we can be treated cordially and appreciated. read more

The owner to this store is ridiculous. He needs to learn how to approach he's customers with a better attitude and respect. I went in with a receipt because I exchanged a propane tank there and when I plugged it in to the fireplace of mine it was hissing, so I brought this completely filled and unused propane tank I exchanged at his place and he did not want to exchange and was practically yelling at me saying it had to be the next day I've never heard of such a thing this man this owner of this 7/11 is unreasonable and rude and disrespectful I'll never step a foot in to his 7/11. Yes I came in two weeks later I'm busy I'm a nursing student and I barely found time to bring it back and no where on the receipt does it say to bring the malfunctioned propane the next or 14 days or even 30 days. This store is absolutely ridiculous. I go there. And spend $15 on food for my kids and myself, then I go with a bag of chips open them the whole time the guy's watching me, i add Nacho cheese to it and he says nothing until I start walking out, then he says it's extra for nocho cheese! He could've said something before I added but he said nothing. I swear that place is full of roaches and it's always dirty, and now they're trying to penny pinch everything even after you spend money there, I recommend to take the extra miles to go to a different 711, because this one seriously disgusting crooked. (This literally just happened ) I'm normally a big fan of 711, however when I walked into this one the older Indian man with black hair.(had no name tag with glasses) gave me a bad look when I asked for jalapeños for my nachos. Someone walked in the store asking to use the restroom and he said it was closed when the Guy begged to use the restroom he finally let him and I stopped the employee when he rang me up and I asked him if he was OK if he was having a bad day and he looked me in the eyes and told me that the hospital is near I can take my self and it's none of my business. I've been here a bunch of times. Granted, they have to constantly deal with the random, bugged out homeless. But these guys are pushy and rude regardless. They make you feel like an interloper for just being in the store. Getting wrung up seems like an insult to these cashiers. As I'm writing this, some super creepy, normal looking chick is suddenly standing nearly touching my car, staring at me through the passenger side window. Just staring. I preceded to have a conversation where she affectively stared me out of the parking lot by sheer creepiness. I'm never going back. I'll never need a 6 pack and a pack of gum badly enough to visit this place again. Btw, this is like the 3rd review I've ever done ever. read more

I'm a local resident just down the streetb on The Avenue and wanted to give a shout out to this particular 7-eleven. The owners are very hospitable people who treat their convenience store like it's their home. I was offered a free muffin with my coffee on a rainy day. I treated with great smiles and a lovely attitude towards other customers. They keep the store spotless and I believe they run the excellent laundromat in the back which I had to use today. Living on the Avenue this is the nearest 7-Eleven I come here several times a week. Use the ATM machine in the back and get ice for my water cup. Normally it's free no charge. today I walked in use the ATM got some ice and walked out owner/manager whoever it is chases me out the door, yelling and screaming. This ain't your house, I said what are you talking about you come here and take ice. so he says it's 150 for a cup of ice so I said here's two dollars keep the change just rude it's unfortunate that some people can't be kind treat people like they're thieves. Treated me like if I just stole the safe from his store. Unbelievable. It's a cup of ice which pretty much doesn't cost him a thing since the machine makes the ice. stereotyping this culture is always on point. That is why it is said. I think next time I walk into this store, I will have my body camera on so that it is not mistaken that I stole something from the store. read more

I can't believe 7-Eleven corporate hasn't come in and taken over. What a horrible representation of the 7-Eleven name and brand. The store is DIRTY! Floors are filthy. Excess stock is piled all around the store and not in a neat or organized way. The owner/manager is horrible. He is rude! His pricing is often wrong and when you bring it to his attention he shrugs his shoulders and holds his hand out for your money. If a store has a posted price (example: $2.69 for a drink), when you ring it up at the counter, it should be that price ($2.69. possibly plus crv & tax) and if it's not, for starters apologize, then adjust the price at check out this one time and then go take down your posted price until you can get the updated one from corporate. Instead.... This owner has multiple promotions posted throughout the store that he refuses to honor and then makes you, the customer, feel like the idiot for wanting a posted price honored and in the end he still expects you to pay an incorrect price. This owner is a thief! Do not trust what he rings up. Check your receipt and make him honor his posted pricing or walk away. I will not be back. read more

Just left this store. Bought a 6-pack and really wasn't paying attention to much. The clerk put it in a plastic bag. I told him I didn't want a bag, but he insisted. When I got home I realized why he insisted on a bag. The 6-pack was missing a beer. Partially my fault for not noticing; but 100% douche move on the clerk to put it in a bag to conceal it. As a whole, this place is awesome. Most of the employees are great, the elderly man, the young man and woman are delights everytime, save minor phone conversations that I personally don't give a toss about. However the middle aged man switches moods by the minute. He will call you buddy when you walk in, then as you shop he tells you that every time you come in you break some kind of protocol and that they are doing you a favor by rendering the services they advertise with improperly placed signage as reference, then as you check out he says he appreciates your buisness, followed by a passive aggressive criticism of your payment method with a head shake and a mumble. I understand bad days at a crap job but this is a customer service possition, I'm assuming Jr management. Its not just me he does this to. I've witnessed him do the same to others. Its just incredibly disappointing. Won't be back while he is on shift. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I myself work in customer service and when a customer is not satisfied with something and tells you, it does not give you the right to kick them out. I went to this 7 eleven on my lunch break and asked for a chicken sandwich, since they did not have any out. There was no cheese added and the guy working said he toasted the bread. I never asked for it to be toasted and I myself worked also at a 7 eleven before. So I know the difference between old bread that's been left to stay warm for hours and fresh warm bread which should be replaced every 2 hours minimum. Instead of the employee trying to make my food again he said I'll refund you the money. Never once did I raise my voice with this guy I stated to him what I'm stating here. I asked for a full refund and he refused because I had a big gulp, that I was gonna have with my burger. He gave me a refund minus the big gulp and as I walked out he told me not to come back again. read more
