When I politely mentioned that I had an 11:00am appointment, the lab tech responded rudely and told me I would have to wait, without explanation. If this location operates on a first-come, first-served basis, appointments are misleading and a waste of patients' time--especially for those who have taken time off work. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. I ultimately had to leave and will not be returning.

They have specials within their restaurant. Their Rewards program is very generous. And I love this time of the year because they bring back their Gobbler sandwich. Mmmmm!
