Figuring out his hours were a little bit tricky, but the number that he has listed online, you can call him at any time. So at least he's very open to communication in regards to that. I first got there and he fitted me for the suit and he was good to go. He told me when to come back, and I came back around that time, days later. When I got there, the suit fit perfectly. He didn't need to make any other changes or alterations and it really show the quality of his work. Also he works really late so if you can't get to him in the morning or afternoon, it's most likely is going to be easier for you because he'll work in the evening time. So he's very convenient when it comes to that as well. Again I have been going to him for about 5 years or so off and on, he has not led me astray yet! Also to note, he has his own clothing line so he can actually suggest things from his personal line or he can custom make you something as well. So that's definitely something to keep in your pocket because you may not find what you want but he might be able to make it for you.

We reviewed the requirements for each of the four sides of the island--space is an issue and no side was to be left with empty space. My mistake not to go out and look at the island before it was delivered and installed--assumed he listened to my directions. One whole side of the cabinet has a panel in front and no storage behind. Yes, it's all empty space behind this panel. The island is too large to move again and he refused to remedy the problem by opening the panel and replacing with a door. I have had other cabinet people look at the island to see if they would open it up. Found one company that felt competent and cannot get them to come back out! and yes, this was to be at my expense and not Bowback! Also, the finish is the worst I have ever seen. A simple yellow stickie note even pulled up the finish. The finish is coming up all over the island. In less than six months the island wood top needs to be refinished! Don't miss the pictures.

I contacted customer service and provided photos, but was quickly met with excuses such as "different donors produce different hair" and claims that washing the hair changes the density and texture. To be clear, I never used the hair beyond gently washing it ONE time. Unfortunately, the quality was so poor that the hair ended up in the trash where it belonged. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

They also have a pretty good linens section. Located in the large shopping center on Hwy 9 - anchored by Target and Kohl's - it can be a little difficult to get to, due to the traffic. There's a very large parking lot, so there's never a problem finding parking. The biggest downside to this location is the speed of service - it's fairly normal to have to wait in line to check out. I don't think I've ever seen more than 2 associates running the registers, so I don't advise popping in if you're in a hurry.
