We then texted her asking if she remembered the appointment , which she texted back stating that she "Didn't even see that she had an appointment", and asked if we could just return tomorrow. She confirmed the appointment an hour prior to the scheduled time and took down our credit card numbers in order to be able to charge a cancellation fee if we didn't show up (it becomes insult to injury when she was the one that did not show up and wasted our time without any notice). needless to say, a terrible experience. They don't carry very many men's products, I prefer the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree line, but they can order it. You just have to plan ahead and let them know, which I'm horrible at until I'm in the shower and out of shampoo. Residents get a 25% discount with Carrie so it's not only convenient but a great deal.
