The knowledge he has,ability to answer our questions, and mostly him being focus on presenting us how the system works, what are the benefits, why we should get that system, what are differences. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Fast, knew exactly what he is doing, very polite, and professional. We are extremely happy with choosing Puragain Water system, starting from the sale,through installing, to the results. The system does it job amazingly. The water taste great. I'm going to recommend that company for sure! Thank you guys again!

Very Disappointing Service Experience I had a confirmed…read moreappointment this morning, 9/14/26, from 9:00-10:00 AM, to have my one-year filters replaced. I've waited until 11:00 AM, but no one contacted me or provided any update regarding my appointment. I eventually called the service department and spoke with Christine, who handles the scheduling. She told me she would have someone contact me ASAP with an update. Unfortunately, I never received a call. About an hour later, I called back again because I was frustrated and wanted to get the situation resolved. I was then told that a technician was supposed to contact me and let me know that one of the filters had not arrived. My biggest issue isn't necessarily that the filter wasn't available things happen. The problem is the lack of communication. If I had been notified ahead of time that a filter was missing, I could have avoided wasting several hours of my morning waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to be completed. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but customers' time is valuable too. A simple phone call or notification would have made a huge difference and avoided this entire situation. Very disappointed with how this appointment and communication were handled.

We did this because having experience as a delivery driver i would make sure to look around the door to make sure I respected the homeowner. Paul C. did not do that. He FORCED the flyer under my door and damaged the seal. Of course mad, I called the number and spoke with a very "professional" Michelle. First, when handling calls in a business, all calls should be recorded from the beginning for quality assurance. I told Michelle that the person who left a flyer damaged my door and it needs to be addressed. She said that the corporate lawyers don't care about that because it could of been anybody. Good thing I have a camera. She then told me it still didn't matter because it needs to be clear. After going in yelp, I doubt this company has corporate lawyers but I digress. As she is speaking about her past experience with flyers and that it's basically not their fault for the damages, I let her speak as how conversations should go. As soon as I try to say my part or even attempt to speak, she cuts me off every chance she gets. Great customer service. After a few minutes I told her I didn't care and that I still want to pursue on getting reimbursed for damages. She then says, I will have to start recording the call for quality assurance. Which doesn't make sense because the whole call should be recorded for assurance not just when it's convenient to you. Nonetheless I told her that I would like a call from the owner because she was unwilling to fix my issue. Also, she kept saying she was just the call service agent for the weekend. Which is funny because as soon as I said I want to speak to a supervisor she magically became a supervisor. After a few more minutes of be trying to talk and her cutting me off, I told her I would prefer a call from the owner to get this resolved. Which again, after looking at this businesses yelp, the owner on here is Michelle and the person I spoke to is... Michelle. She got my info for the other owner or for herself not to sure (which I'm assuming I'm not gonna get a callback cause she's the owner lol) she asked me who the person was that left the flyer. I told her Paul C. And she said and I quote "that makes a lot of sense! Not to sound rude but he's fairly new". I don't think Michelle fact checks because in another yelp review (1 star) she says Paul is a seasoned employee. Overall, the product might be great but the customer service is trash and the inability in their employees to have observation for homeowners hard earned property is disrespectful and unprofessional. If Michelle is the owner or just the agent on the weekends, you should consider a different profession than talking to people the way you do. Our goal was to have a system that provided truly clean and soft water. We checked out several companies in the area, their reviews on Yelp, Google, and Angie's List, and selected Green Living. The sales manager, Jason, met with us and explained how their system worked, the various models and cost options, and kept it all low pressure. We opted for their 5-Stage Water Refiner (Purifier and Softener) with a separate reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink. The company recommended plumber, Amor, neatly and efficiently installed the system, tested it, and cleaned everything up before he left.
