I was looking for a new massage spot after my old spa cut back the hours convenient to me. All Asian showed up on my Yelp feed on a friend's review and I decided to try them. Between my marathon work days & going to the gym, my body definitely needs major stretching and kneading! They have both semi private areas for only foot massages, as well as partitioned private rooms for full body work. Those are the ones I've used the times I've gone. An hour there and I feel both relaxed and energized, with a lot of muscle soreness gone. My massage therapists have been very professional, clean and skilled. This is located right off NE 185th Street, with free parking in the shopping center. I came here on a whim because I was tense and really needed a massage. I asked for a female because my son, who had been here once said the women were stronger. Lily was my massage therapist and my friend had Cindy who she said was good. Lily worked out knots I didn't know I had. Her massage was a mixture of different styles: she walked on my back, deep tissue, some shiatsu, Thai massage, and Swedish massage. I got a $250 massage at the Waldorf Astoria in Boca and although the ambiance in this strip mall didn't compare, THIS $55 massage was better. Most other massage therapists charge $75 minimum not including tip so please tip these professionals accordingly. (20% on regular, not discount price is standard) I've seen some negative reviews about the front desk being rude about tipping but I think it's wonderful that they look out for their massage therapists. Personally, I'd suggest that they offer a $75 flat rate with tip included but I know they are trying to lure new customers with low prices. I will be back...often. read more

I went to this place for the purpose of relaxing. What do you call it? The initial shoulder massage was very rough, and very brief. After that, I received a foot massage from another person who was extremely hard on my feet and a rough when stretching me. As a result, I was left with bruises as shown in the picture below. Given this uncomfortable experience, I was not about to leave the $10 tip they "require". No tip should be required of anybody, much less when the service is less than par as I should've left nothing. They had the nerve to complain about the tip I left. A group of 4 of us went to get a foot massage. We informed the front desk person that we'd like to get a 30 minute foot massage. He asked us to go two at a time, but we wanted to do it together at the same time. So, we set up an appointment to return in an hour. This was perfect because it gave us time get cash to pay for the service. They called us ahead of time to let us know that our appointment had to be pushed back 15 minutes (which wasn't bad). We arrived there a little earlier and waited until it was our turn. I informed my masseuse that it was my first time there, and that I was there for a 30 min. foot massage. He asked if I'd wanted to get an hour massage to work on my back, but I declined. I thought that he'd only work on my foot, but he actually worked on my entire body (back, head, back, shoulders, legs) plus my foot. He did a great job getting out all the knots. I do feel very relaxed and would return, but I'd make sure to be very clear that they understand the length of time that I want. Cons: They ended up massaging all of us for an hour instead of 30 minutes (like we asked). In turn, we had to pay for the hour and didn't have enough cash (we only took out enough cash to pay for the 30 min. massage and tip). The cashier asked us to give the cash and pay the difference plus tip in the card. We told her to add a certain amount for tip, but she asked us to give more tip ($10 or more) since it was an hour massage. He was a seriously strong dude going full force which wasn't the problem, the problem is I dont think he knew what he was doing. He was going after my knees and ankles in areas with ligaments and bones just trying to cripple me. When I flipped over he ripped the shirt off me and proceeded to try making me a paraplegic. I was wincing and shrieking in pain and the man did not stop. I thought maybe it would feel better then next day and holy shit I was wrong. The past two times I have gone here the receptionist has 100% ruined it for me. The last time I went here was on 8/17/19 with my boyfriend. We scheduled to have foot massages. The foot massage was sub-par, at best. The masseuse talked for at least half of the massage with the masseuse next to him, which honestly wouldn't have even bothered me if he had been massaging while he was talking. But unfortunately he would completely stop massaging at times or barely be massaging. At one point I had to lift my eye mask to look at him, at which time it did get better after that. I really almost left in the middle of it - it was genuinely that bad. I also told him not to massage a specific part on my leg that was bruised near my knee, which he still continued to massage over. I had to tell him again and then continue to jerk when he would massage over it. DESPITE the not-so-great massage, I still tipped 20%. I went up to the receptionist and gave her my card. She said "you don't have cash?" very rudely. I said "uh no..." she said "well there is a $2 service fee." I said "yes, well I don't have cash." This happened the last time I came too. She then said "you leave tip?" I said "yes, seven dollars" WHICH IS 20%. She said condescendingly "seven?" at which time both masseuses started laughing loudly and looking at the front desk area - whether they were laughing at me or her, I couldn't tell you. The previous time I came and told her my tip she said "you tip more." I said "uh, no." And she continued to be persistent. My sister who has been coming for many years brought me here as i was extremely stressed and needed a much needed massage. i asked for a back massage and expressed i wanted to focus on my back. 5 minutes into the start, i stated pls focus on my back. I expressed to the owner i repeatedly mentioned my needs and told her as unsatisfied as i was, id pay for the horrible experience. My sister who was in the middle of her massage heard my conversation and stopped her massage. I had taken a call outside to find out the owner had NO concern other than getting paid. My sister paid as she wouldn't stoop as low as the owner did which was completely unprofessional. This person she admitted didn't understand the language which shouldn't reflect on a customer. Not to mention, the massage was nothing more than a regular unseasoned person rubbing you vs the importance of what a massage should be. However I'm giving 3 stars bc the woman behind the front desk does in fact bully tips out of people despite the business managers continuous responses in these reviews that she does not. There wouldn't be so many of the same exact complaints if it wasn't true. The manager is only correct in saying the therapist themselves do not bully you. It's the woman at the front desk (which I believe is the business manager herself). There is a suggested tip signed posted so I left Jack a $10 tip for "good" the other day and she held it in her hand looked at it w a disgusted face looked at me and said "that's it?" Let's start that the massage that I receive was professional and the therapist was very good. My problem was with the cashier lady . They advertised that the price for 1 hour foot massage is $35. When I walk-in I ask for only foot massage and the cashier lady told me that they can do the upper leg too because it's 1 hour massage. She never mentioned that it will be increase with price .
