And I love it the decor. It is veryZen Chinese neon Neo Asian. I was greeted very warmly by a young woman receptionist and then let immediately back to meet Owen at the chair lounge for a one hour foot massage for an incredible price. I literally disappeared into bliss and came out an hour later renewed. It's clean and quiet no chattering and answering the phones could be heard . So one is able to really relax and enjoy the very experienced hands of a very knowledgeable massage therapist. I recommend this place being that I've been to so many massage therapy spots and know when I find a good one. Don't go here. I asked for a deep massage, but the therapist pressed too hard on my spine--even using their elbow--which was very painful. My partner also got hurt; his face was forced into a carved-out spot on the bed, and he ended up with a red spot on his eye from too much pressure. These people are not professionals. Despite the poor service, I left a $30 tip, but the lady insisted it should have been $40. Very unprofessional, once again. read more

Pros - my massage therapist, Lily was great. The massage itself was a great experience. They included hot stones as part of the hour long Swedish massage, spa is quiet and tranquil and clean. If you buy 10 massages you get one free. Cons - therapists barely speak English so communication is a challenge. I offered to pay $10 tip pp for a $69 massage and the front desk lady said it was too little. That's 15%! Just the fact that she asked for a higher tip which by definition is entirely discretionary was very disappointing. Not sure I will return based on that last bit. read more

I really don't like to write bad reviews about an establishment but this was the worst massage I've ever had. The therapist didn't speak english i don't think she understands what i am telling her . the movement was so fast I told her to slow down and then she slow down but also loosing pressure. feel like a rotisserie chicken getting oil rub on me instead of massage. Every time i would tell her things would just change . The therapist seemed to lack experience and this was not a deep tissue i ask for. Such a shame because my friend was telling me to try this place, I should've requested the therapist be told me . the reviews also said that this place was good. My boyfriend and i come here and literally could not love it any more than we do. They are open late, never busy and the staff is so amazing and accommodating. We love getting the 30min reflexology with the 30min back massage combo. They use the hot stones and the best feeling oil. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Masseuse didn't ask what kind of massage I preferred he also walked in and out of my massage several times. But the hot stones were nice. I've been going here for 2 years, always have a massage for 2 hours and always tip $50 . On Saturday it was my birthday. I asked for a discount and was refused, I still tipped $50 to Wendy although it was the worst massage in my 2 years , she was very rough and not very good . The staff were friendly, patient, professional, and spoke fluent English. The massages were excellent and everyone was happy! My therapist accommodated my needs and worked through the knots in my back. Pressure was excellent and she understood me when I asked to lighten up or apply more pressure. The ambiance was great! So happy that I found this massage spot. I've had two full body massages and more foot massages than I can count. The foot massages are excellent. They do a combination of foot reflexology for about 40 minutes and then 20 minutes of arms, neck, back and head massage. The prices can't be beat.
