While I'm still a picky eater, I must say I was astounded at the quality and freshness of the food we were served. My must haves are the firecracker shrimp and General Sam's Shrimp. The firecracker shrimp have the perfect amount of creamy heat banged with the present crisp of the fried shrimp. It's not overwhelmingly spicy but just right if you like a little heat. The creaminess of the sauce helps balance the spice. If you're up for it add a glass of ice water and order their best Saki to truly enjoy the experience. The General Saos shrimp is equally amazing. It's a delicate balance of sweet and savory with a hint of heat. Admittedly, I wouldn't be mad if it had a little more heat but my perspective is usually after spending hours in the casino and I'm looking to burn the demons of sin from my soul with spices. The spousal unit typically orders Hunan Chicken which I've sampled and it is definitely as savory and fresh. I lean toward dishes with a little spice and heat but it is very flavorful.
