This is by far the worst establishment in SWLA. Serving frozen food bought from Market Basket. Kitchen is a health inspectors worst nightmare. The owner treats his staff with disrespect and talks down to them. Don't get me started on the air conditioning. Go down the street to Budatan. read more

This has been a Moss Bluff family favorite for the past 15 + years. It was unfortunate that the past hurricane destroyed this business. Now the inside dining area has been fully renovated. I am so happy to see Mr. Kevin, his wife, and the crew in full action again. We order my favorite ever Egg Drop Soup with crispy noodles. Wow, the taste of my childhood popped into my mouth. The food made me physically sick. normally I go there and it is delicious but today, I went and got the orange chicken. And it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. the broccoli smelled bad and the chicken was cold, and not cooked through. The food was ok. My sister ordered dinner tonight and she got 2 dishes of sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was a bit hard like it had been sitting out a while. She got 2 orders of lomein noodles. The noodles were a bit dry. We didn't get any egg rolls or spring rolls which im not sure if she ordered them or if they come with it. We didn't get fortune cookies. It's not PF Chang, but we have been ordering take-out from Great Wall for years! I had no idea that there were so few reviews -- I only checked here because I was looking for a description of a dish we haven't tried. Their food is hot & yummy & plentiful & reasonably priced! They make dishes spicy for us on request. There are always others in there waiting for take-out, plus a few dining in when we pick up our supper orders. We aren"t sensitive to msg, so I can"t address that (I've never asked about it). Glad they are in Moss Bluff!! read more

This was my first (and last) time eating there. The woman taking orders was RUDE! She acted as if there were 30 people standing behind us waiting to order, although it was only us. One person was waiting for an order and it had been sitting on the counter the entire time we were waiting on ours. After we got our order, which wasn't a horrible wait, we noticed that there was no soy sauce on the counter. When we notified the RUDE counterperson about this, She acted as if we asked her to move the sun to accommodate her customers. It was noted that the owner was out of the country which leads me to believe that this type of service is not the norm when he is in the restaurant. My nephew ordered sweet and sour chicken. No sweet and sour sauce was anywhere to be found. I ordered spare ribs and it tasted like bbq leather. RUDE RUDE and substandard food!! read more

I'm giving it 3 stars because as the only permanent Chinese place in town it's good for what it is. We come here fairly often as an alternative to fast food when we want take out. It is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times, it's just ok. For the money though, if I have the time, I would much rather just make my own. read more

I've eatin there twice. Don't like the fact that they do not use gloves when grabbing the vegetables to cook. Drove around back second time and they just have a screen door and the cook is standing out there puffing on a cigarette. No thanks .. I like Asian food and live in Moss Bluff, so I have tried very hard to like this restaurant. I've given up. I've gotten take-out from there four times. Each time the msg has made me sick. I know it's msg because I get flushed and develop a headache *while* I'm eating the food. Every time. Each time I've eaten food from here I've had stomach problems the next day. Food was mediocre. Kevin took our order and was so rude starting from the second we walked in. He basically threw our food at us while serving it. My husband even tried complimenting the food and saying thank you and he didn't even acknowledge him. The food did not make up for his awful behavior. Will not be returning. read more
