Adam the bartender is the best in town at choosing a great beer. He knows what I like and gives me a great beer every time. Matt on the grill has served me the best burger I ever had twice. For what this place is, it does it's job extremely well. It's a simple place with two main foods - tacos and burgers - and does both right. I wouldn't necessarily say they're out of this world, but for the very affordable prices, they're a great option. I've brought family here twice, and both times we left feeling full and happy, although the location was a bit loud by also serving as a pseudo sports bar. Also, I love that they have so much customizability and take out options. If you're looking for some decent bar food in downtown, you can't do much worse than here! read more

First time here from out of town. Did a carry out on a Friday night. Loved they have a late night kitchen!! Huge plus. Ordered the avocado burger and fries. Also and order of cheese curds. Other people in my party ordered chicken avocado tacos and the burger with BBQ sauce forgot the name. All the items were a big hit enjoyed the food. Very fresh and served nicely even in a Togo box. Umm, for starters we have no idea who our bartender was. We were here for 2 hours and had the same uncaring, uninterested bartender the whole time. Not once did he offer any suggestions to beers when we asked about stouts and porters, only that they were out of one. When we looked back down at the beer menu he stated that he will just come back and walked away like he was put out. Sorry we are not 22 year olds looking to get stupid drunk but came in as 45 year old adults looking to watch the baseball game, have a few drinks and dinner. Ordered 2 different stouts only to be told that they just pulled the last one. Amazing how that can happen, imagine the odds of 2 stouts being out at the exact same time we ordered them and no kegs to tap. I hope you are getting the dripping sarcasm! Finally cashed out and was not told thank you, kiss my ass or hope you slip and fall. And this was all before 10pm on a Saturday, no it isn't busy and he wasn't slammed, 9 guest in the restaurant or 11 counting us. In closing, this was very disappointing and I gather most of the review written are by the under 30 crowd who are not used to quality service and appreciation for your visit. We were here as a group of six for a family celebration for lunch on Sunday, October 30th. We loved the staff and everything was so clean and tidy. We tried 3 appetizers and shared with the group: the wontons, the green bean fries, and the cheese curds. They were all very good, especially the wontons. I ordered the avocado salad, two ordered the rueben burger, another ordered the deep fried shrimp tacos special. Everyone liked their meals. My salad was supposed to come with a breadstick, but I didn't get that, and to be fair, I didn't let our waiter know that I hadn't received it. Casual atmosphere. Went for lunch on a break from a conference. Great server. Burgers $3.99-$6 then sides start at $2.50 (fries, onion rings, etc). Limited menu but if you are looking for a great burger this is the place. I had the maple bacon cheddar burger with ranch fries. Burger was delicious, bacon had awesome flavor and a nice thick crisp. I went to college in Fargo and grew up on JL Beers. I came here on a whim and boy was I impressed!!! The burger and beer selection was great! I had been saving up my calories for a Reuben burger and it was impressive. The burger was perfectly done as a medium well, the kraut, Swiss and corned beef perfectly complemented the perfect sized burger patty. It was also delivered to me within 10 min! The bar tender was also kind enough to discuss the wonderfully beer selection and help me choice a delicious Double IPA. Seriously worth a stop. read more

Slow but friendly service... food was nothing special burger variety was good but burgers were over cooked and the tots I had were perfectly cooked but wrecked by the amount of salt out on them... the fries a friend had were also salty and nothing special... the main draw is the 30+ beers they have on tap. Seven W. is one of our favorite downtown bars. I love their selection of beers, and the food is good too. One of my favorite things is the food comes out very quickly. Everything on the menu is ala cart,so keep that in mind when you're ordering your burger because you have to buy your fries separate(or tots). And speaking of tots I like the Parmesan ones. I don't think they offer wine or spirits, beer only, which is fine with me because I'm a beer drinker. I also like the cheese curds and beer cheese wontons. They have a reward system that gets you money back on your next trip as well. read more

Nice, hip up and coming atmosphere in downtown STC. Great beer selection. Service was pretty good with our server stopping back enough to keep out water glasses full and check on us. Burgers were hand pattied and fried on a platen grill, which is fine, but lacked a nice crust seared on the outside. The meat while juicy, lacked seasoning, which my 2 companions noted as well. Considering I ordered the Black and Blue burger, which was supposed to come seasoned with blackened spices, it was rather plain. It did come with a nice glob of real melted blue cheese, not salad dressing, but the addition of bacon was missed somewhere along the line. Quickly corrected by expeditor who brought our order, and it was 2 nice, thick cut slices for $2.49, which seemed a bit steep when the burger was about $5.......IDK, not trying to be cheap, but that was a bit odd... The french fries looked like pretty large orders, so we split one 3 ways and it was enough. You have the option of added dry seasonings like ranch, cheddar, etc, and adding a good size portion of dipping sauce for $.99, which we did. The chipotle ranch was a good addition to the home cut skinny fries. Would have no problem trying this place again, and would modify the rating accordingly. Burger prices range in price from $4-7, and an order of fries is $2.49. 3 of us ate lunch for roughly $30, including tip. read more

We are here from the cities and looked for a quick dinner tonight. The beer selection was great, and the happy hour deal was a good draw. The burgers are as good as the reviews are saying. We grabbed the jalapeno and fried green beans- both were good! The only downfall was this is not the place for picky eaters. This is a great beer bar, the best in the Saint Cloud area. Beer prices are between average and high so come here during happy hour and get a dollar off per beer. The food is pretty simple and good, mostly burgers and tacos. Food prices are very reasonable and the burgers are good. read more

And to top it off, someone in our party ordered an Arnold Palmer and they brought some type of canned Arnold Palmer light, which was gross. I came here on a Thursday afternoon and the staff was incredible. Adam, the bartender was knowledgeable and personable. Our server Cherese was attentive and sociable. Our food was delivered promptly and satisfactory. I believe the man who delivered the food is named Corey and he was exceptional, asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was good to go.
