My complex wasn't pleased with the cleaning the first time and requested them to return- they came back and finished the job. I thought it was cleaned to standard but my complex was still not satisfied. I paid $125 + plus $25 tip to Johana (the woman who I booked the service with). I had to pay an additional $110 to my complex to clean to their standards. I never requested my money to be returned to me for the services because I know they had cleaned. All I asked was that the shower door be paid in full ($1000) which the owner reassured they would take care of it. Instead of communicating professionally and arranging a payment plan with me- they pointed the finger to a worker who was "not supposed to be there that day"- the owners younger brother apparently. That worker was cleaning and was a part of the Tony's Cleaners team on 3/28. After the incident I had been communicating with Johana thinking she would take care of the issue and reassure we can come to an agreement for the $1000 due but was shown the true colors of this poorly run family owned business. From Johana (the wife of the owner): "if you want your money go talk to the person who broke it". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I was kind and nice to the people who own/operate this company- Tony & Johana and they just showed me not every company on yelp should be trusted. On June 1, they told me they would clean these areas free of charge. Texted me today at 6:47 am saying they could come in the afternoon, to which I replied no due to work. My security gate called me this afternoon and said they came anyways. I was then told they were unavailable the rest of the week. They offered me $75 back.
