This was the second time I used this business. The first time was fine and there was more than one person cleaning. This time, there was only one woman sent to clean. I paid for a "deep clean" of my Mother in laws place. They cleaned on a Friday. Now, understand that I paid for a deep clean of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen and living room. My mother in law told the lady to skip the 2 bedrooms upstairs which was not part of the agreement. However, in the kitchen... the stove top, floor, counters, and dishwasher door were not cleaned. In fact, the floor had a pile of crumbs on it and same for in front of the sofa. Downstairs in the primary bedroom, the furniture was not dusted, and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned. I know it wasn't discussed, but also the laundry area was not cleaned at all. Which would have been nice to clean since she didn't have to clean 2 of the bedrooms. We were very disappointed in this "deep clean" since it was hardly a normal cleaning. I don't think this employee did a good job at all. read more

It all started with a referral from a friend that has their home cleaned by this company. They lost her business as of today because she helped me clean what they didn't. It was a move-in cleaning that I paid for and then cleaned for over 8 hours myself. Pictures are worth a thousand words, I have them. I called to let them know how it went and they were uncaring and not willing to offer any type of compensation, which is fine. I know enough people to spread the word. I thought they might offer a regular cleaning to make up for the $269.00, nope! Pretty much called me a liar. Stay away from this place, they will rip you off. There are so many other cleaning companies you could go to. The pictures will show how they left the house, the blue rag is the floor in a small bathroom, there was hair in the tub, they did not clean the oven. They said, "it wasn't that dirty so we just sprayed Lysol" That one made me laugh a bit. Is this a legit company? All the corners in the house had debris and some had webs. Deep clean? Just want you all to know that you will not get what you pay for with a move-in, move-out cleaning. In response to their response. There is no excuse you can try to make this sound better. Yes, 6 days later. We didn't move in till 2 days later and calling you upon moving about a horrible service was not a top priority for me. It was me and my sister, who has canceled her service with you because of this and you can expect more cancellations. You did not try to resolve anything, you pretty much called me a liar. Like I said, pictures are worth a thousand words, the pictures you sent did not really show anything that I spoke of. Read the reviews people, I wish I did. On a second note, my sister fired them and cleaned her father's house herself. They have not been doing a proper job, when she cleaned behind the doors there were months worth of dirt. read more

Hired them for a move out deep clean , house was empty , I had already cleaned the house, just wanted some detailing. Kitchen was okay but there was still dust on walls and the floor boards were not clean. I paid 220, and still got charged by the remax for a home cleaning because they missed a lot. I would have rather them call me and ask for a price change , id gladly would have paid more, so I hired them for nothing ..disappointed. Very disappointed with this cleaning service. We paid for a deep clean, but what we received barely qualified as a standard cleaning. Several areas were missed entirely -- including dusting, cleaning under furniture, and wiping down basic surfaces. It was obvious the job was rushed and not done thoroughly. We sent photos and clearly explained the issues, but despite following up, they showed no concern and made no effort to make things right. I had 2 ladies come and do a deep clean. One of the ladies ,Tara, did an amazing job!! When I let the business know that part of the cleaning was rushed and that I'd like to have Tara be the only one to clean my house they said no problem. They also had her come and touch up the spots that the other lady missed in the bathroom. She came the next day and re-cleaned the entire bathroom. She goes above and beyond and does so with a great attitude. She is also very sweet and friendly. I highly recommend her and centennial home cleaning! read more

You know the traditions associated with a New Year right? Yeah so I realized I wasn't the one capable to multitask and clean on top of it all. Enter Yelp, was quoted a price and went on to scheduling. The booking staff are extremely communicative and also there is an ease to thr booking process online. There was a glitch in the matrix and Keith (owner) informed me a day in advance of a necessary change in the schedule. A male and female team came on time on the day scheduled and started to clean. Had the standard cleaning and I'm pleased with the job. Usually I'd wait till the second or third cleaning but I'll recommend this business and use them in the future. I couldn't be more satisfied with the cleaning results from Summerlin! I was very impressed with their service, particularly paying attention to detail and their communication with me during the process. My main concern was the grout on the tile floor and the counter. 80% of the tiles used to be black/grey and now they're completely white. They also cleaned the bath tub floor which was slightly black and now it's pearly white. I was so happy coming into a spotless bathroom! I also had some of my belongings out, but they communicated effectively to ensure they rearranged or moved items in a way that I was comfortable with. Overall great team! I hired this cleaning service with high hopes, but was extremely disappointed by both the quality of work and the way they handled my concerns. First off, I paid for a full home move in/out cleaning, which included sinks, cabinets, oven, bathrooms, and more. When I came to check on the work, I was shocked. The sinks were still filthy, showers and toilets looked untouched, and the oven clearly hadn't even been wiped down. Cabinets still had trash inside them -- it was like they rushed through everything and didn't bother to double-check anything. When I brought it up, their excuse was the "smell" in the house, and they said they would come back once the smell was gone. Few days prior. Then, I sent a biohazard team to clean and sanitize the house and let me them know there was an equinox machine in the house while they do cleaning to remove the smell the next time they came (which was a day later). They called me that day that fridge still smells so they'll clean "everything" except the fridge and I accepted. I get it if they would've told me they couldn't clean, but on the phone the lady specifically told me that they will clean everything except the fridge. But this makes absolutely no sense -- the smell doesn't explain why the oven wasn't cleaned, or why the cabinets still had trash, or why the toilets and showers were still dirty. A smell doesn't prevent someone from scrubbing a sink or shower. Instead of making it right, they offered just a 15% refund. That felt more like a brush-off than a resolution. If you're paying for a professional cleaning, you expect a clean home -- not excuses and half-efforts. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. read more

Kevin, the owner, gave me a sweet deal with no strings attached or hidden fees, so it was an easy deal. The quote he gave me was what I paid! We had three dogs in the house and made a huge mess while packing. After looking over first floor after the cleaners mopped I noticed just a lack of attention to detail. Smudges, stuff not fully cleaned or not cleaned at all. From the initial consultation, they clearly explained what they would do, with no surprise hidden costs for extra work I didn't request or expect. I was also upfront about the condition of the house and the amount of trash (there wasn't any furniture, but there was still a lot to clean especially in the garage). Room for improvement. Miscommunication upon booking. Some things were missed. The two employees did an awesome job cleaning the main areas like bathroom and kitchen. Master bath was spotless along with the appliances looking brand new, which I didn't know was possible. Unfortunately they needed another person at least to help, because after 9 hours they must have been exhausted and didn't mop the tile and left one toilet dirty. Aside from that the main issue was when i booked I specifically asked if walls and baseboards would be included, and was told they were. Apparently they are not, and have an extra cost. That resulted in us coming in the following morning scrambling cleaning with magic eraser for the realtor photos. I texted the owner, and he immediately offered a re-do, but there was no time. Everything ended up working out, and the house looks great. The company was very big on communication, which is nice. They seem to be very involved, which isn't the case for every company. read more
