Jojina and her cleaning services are AMAZING! I'm a busy mom of 4 and cleaning is always on my to do List. I had rung a few services but was never pleased with the over the phone service and prices quoted. I accidentally met Jojina as she was Cleaning the Neighbours house - 3 houses up. I saw her and her crew loading all their cleaning gear into the neighbors house - I did a u-turn and asked for a business card and that very same day she came knocking back on my door and was happy to quote me right there and then. I love that! I have a 3300 square foot house with upstairs and downstairs.. a lot to do in one day so I made arrangements for Jojina to do upstairs at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month do downstairs. She agreed and I have had Jojina and her crew clean my house 3 times now. I love how thoroughly my house is cleaned- dusted-vacuum-mopped. My bathrooms are spotless and my toilets look brand new (I'm serious) What shocked me the most is that they even went through my kids toy baskets and arranged everything so neatly! Jojina is a person that will bring joy to any household! She's the type of person that will come give you a hug and who you'd love to hug! I called Jojina last minute because our cleaner left on FMLA the day we expected her and we're kinda desperate because everyone else we had tried has been doing a very sloppy work. I did not expect her to show up at our doorstep within the hour and I definitely did not expect her to send three cleaners within two hours! Our house is more or less very clean however these ladies other than the fact they also were super happy and so much fun (imagine a house full of laughter) they left the whole house spotless and shiny. On a usual basis now we have two cleaners coming, always on time and always super happy, with laughter happiness and joy! We just love them! Their service is consistent, doesn't have "fancy" price catalogs like other crews do, your money go a long way here and Jojina has built a very reliable business model with people who love what they do! Wow! Jojina and her crew did an amazing job for my move-in cleaning! She was done in a timely manner and was priced fairly (came up to less than the flat rates I was being quoted). Jojina sent a text about 20-30 minutes before she and her crew would be done, so my husband and I would know when to drive back to the house. She walked us through all of the rooms and everything they cleaned. I really appreciated how thorough she was. From the floors, to the chandelier, the toilets, showers, baseboards, walls, cabinets and garage, to that weird, square-shaped cut-out in the master bedroom to the bathroom, she and her crew cleaned it all! Immediately, I knew their standards would match up to mine when she initially said they don't wear shoes as they clean! Not only was she wearing socks while she cleaned, but I even noticed she changed her socks when they were all done. Watch out! There are "plans" that you sign up for if you think you are buying a one time cleaning. They say the agreement is clear, but it is not. When told "I only want a one time cleaning" BEFORE BUYING they responded saying "go ahead and schedule a one time cleaning. You can cancel at any time with no charge." Then they want to charge me $187 for one cleaning because their "plan" was cancelled "BEFORE 6 MONTHS!!!" Despite explaining what I thought I was buying, and that I don't even live here except a few months of the year they refuse to budge. The website is confusing. Now they say I have "Forever Clean" membership which is "separate" And which I NEVER ASKED FOR !!! I feel very mislead and tricked. don't recommend this to anyone! read more

I recently moved to the city and was looking for someone to clean only the bathrooms in my house, since I had taken care of the rest of the cleaning myself. JJ Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service I've come across since moving to the Las Vegas area 4 years ago! If I were to grade the first four companies I tried, they would barely a squeak by with a D grade. Their main a goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible while doing the least amount of work possible. Just called to confirm my appointment in 3 days. The cleaning lady said she scheduled someone else for that day because I never texted her the address. I admit I sometimes forget things but this time I was confident I had texted her my information. I researched my texts and Shazam there was the text I sent her number - delivered. This left me scrambling to find another cleaner on short notice. I'm disappointed in the record keeping and attention to detail dealing with scheduling obligations with me. I have NEVER had anyone clean like they cleaned. They were work horses! Very nice crew.my home was cleaned very well. The service took about 3 hours for a team of two (one person got sick and had to sit out). My bathroom was cleaned immaculately. My shower looks so good I didn't even want to get in it. They also cleaned out my toaster over which was random to me, but they did a great job! It is sparkling and shining. My only complaints are that I couldn't really tell if they vacuumed my bedroom(maybe it wasn't included in the cost). My dressers also weren't wiped off and I could feel the crumbs or particles on both dressers. I feel that this company is trust worthy and I would hire them again. Thanks again! read more

I requested for the blinds/windows and bathrooms to be cleaned specifically and Jojina and her partner did a great job at making sure it was cleaned and free of dust. She also quoted me an hourly rate, but because she was so kind, she only charged me the standard cleaning fee. Jojina and her family did a fantastic 1st time clean post having our kitchen renovated. Highlights: They cleaned on top of that weird wall cut out that a lot of the Vegas houses have but never gets cleaned, they moved the couch (found some tape measures and things we thought we had lost), they cleaned the slider to the glass door that I didn't know was dirty, they cleaned the windows and all the blinds/fan blades, and baseboards.... all the things we don't like to do. They were prompt, friendly, and when I came home not only were they working hard and sweating, but Jojina had me show her that my house key was actually to the front door before she would let me in, which I really appreciated. So I know she doesn't just let anyone into the house. I love that it is her family and friends too, so I'd much rather support them than a large business. read more
