We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

The stove, oven, and fridge especially, I didn't even know those were part of the package, but she made them look brand new. I stumbled onto Evidence Cleaning on Yelp with over 200 5 star reviews and figured it didn't hurt to get a quote. I went to their website and entered my home stats and received a response from Marcelo quickly. The price was decent for a deep clean and he could actually do Thursday!!! Communication was top notch and his vibe set my mind at ease. 2 ladies, Renata and Silmara showed up on time and were incredibly professional. They were very nice and hustled the entire time and worked hard for 7 hours cleaning more than I even expected. Marcelo explained there was no extra charge if time went over as it was a flat rate for the size of my home. I literally could not be happier with the girls and their efforts and Marcelo and Rita were kind and communicative the entire time. In this day and age of over charging for everything and lazy people - Evidence Cleaning is an outlier. Do not hesitate to book them. Arrived on time. Expected 2 girls for 3.5 hours... got 3 for 4.5+ hours. Hard workers and we left a very specific list. Overall they nailed about 95% of the job perfectly and used the eco-friendly sprays we left them. House looks amazing!! 3.
