Despite making on-time payments, I was repeatedly charged late fees because my payments were applied to the wrong account, forcing me to repeatedly fight via email to have them removed. I have attached the email correspondence as proof. I also had to contact them multiple times to remove a charge for no insurance, even after providing my insurance documents twice. The lack of care and competence culminated when my car was totaled in a hit-and-run. It took over two months for the GAP insurance check to be processed and sent to Investex. During this delay, the small remaining balance of $475 had accrued to over $500. To prevent the account from being sent to collections, I paid $300 out of my own savings. I was told I would be reimbursed, but the GAP check only covered the remaining balance of $200, leaving me out of pocket for the $300 I paid. I am now fighting to get my money back. Each of these issues was handled by a different manager, leading me to lose faith in not only my assigned branch but their entire Credit Union. This ongoing issue has been a deeply frustrating, disgusting and disappointing. I've attached screenshots of the correspondence over the various issues I've had to intervene due to negligence.
