While my initial experience was disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that they ultimately addressed the issues I had and made things right. I do hope they improve their follow-up and customer support, but I'm glad things were resolved in the end.

He did a great job in explaining different choices for different areas in the house and took into consideration my dog who jumps at the patio sliding door. When he was done I pretty much had my mind made up on vinyl blinds on the kitchen window and patio door. With shutters in the rest of the rooms. He came back to take measurements and explain different choices on the shutters. There were a few things that I had to ponder about and Eric gave me his opinions/suggestions. It took about four months for the shutters to be ready (made overseas). I thought it was a long time but it seems to be the norm these days. I could have paid an extra $300 to have it done in a month but decided I wasn't in a hurry. The installers Johnny and Luis were super efficient and very nice. They did a great job with installation. They couldn't install the shutters on one of windows and told me Eric would be in touch. First thing the next morning I received an email from Eric apologizing saying he had made an error and he would have the shutters redone. He paid to have the shutters done in the shorter time (four weeks). Johnny and Luis came back yesterday and installed the last shutter. It took them 15 minutes. The first company I dealt with left me with more questions than answers when their rep finished his pitch. Eric on the other hand did such a good job in explaining everything I had very few questions. The shutters and blinds look great. Highly recommend.
