Service requested and they haven't came out, No value for their customers ,repairs are not covered, no communication, and warranty will not be covered even though they claim and write it on their invoice ! Do not order blinds from Osman, very bad experience and quality is very poor, the material he used is very cheap and not blocking sun light, I did blinds for my home and business, and business blinds even do not cover the complete windows, when I close the blinds it leaves gap in the both side of edge in the window and light comes thru that, also the motors he uses is very cheap chines made that needs to recharge every week or two even you hardly use it, it drains the battery without using the motors, he does not delivers what he promises, I made big mistake to do my blinds, after installation when I noticed all the problems I called few times and left the messages and no call back from him, looks like it's done after he gets his money. Very very dissatisfied and will never use him and will never recommend to any one. read more
