As an urgent patient, I didn't know what to expect. They have an assembly line that's unusual. Some of the young techs need a little improvement on personal skills. None of the procedures were explained to me other than 'do this'. Some of the equipment was entirely unfamiliar to me therefore, didn't know what they were for. The support staff in the exam room were instructive, but still no warmth in conversation. Dr Rozenberg was great and very informative about the procedure BEFORE hand. The best part about the care here is that I don't remember that final appointment. I had IV sedation for 3 root canals and I have really awful dental anxiety. On my first appointment to develop the treatment plan the office staff were so kind and Dr R was really fantastic. The next appointment was literally the one to do the work. They were all kind, compassionate- and got the IV on the first stick. Seriously love this office AND also hope I don't need them again. I'd go back here in a heartbeat if I did though. read more

Once the dental staff gets going after you get signed in. It was Probably about an hour of actual working on the tooth. Wasn't too bad. I haven't had any pain at all. This is the second day after the root canal. Plan on 2 hours max time slot with the paperwork and getting everything complete. read more

I was referred here as my regular dentist was having electrical outage issues due to the weather. I had the most pleasant root canal I have ever had (and I've had several). The dental assistants were knowledgeable and patient with me as I fought my anxiety on the inside. Should I ever need another root canal, I'm asking to be referred back here. I cannot recommend this place enough. I was a little skeptical at first because the name screamed dental chain, but I am so glad I gave them a shot. Dr. Carroll performed my root canal and he was so gentle and kind, as was his team. Everyone was so friendly and really took the time to explain everything to me. I had a really difficult tooth because of the shape and he handled it perfectly. This was the most comfortable dental appointment I've ever had. So much so that I almost fell asleep! In addition to the procedure, the staff was warming and welcoming and they fit me in so quickly. I called on a Monday to get an appointment, they had me come in for the evaluation on Thursday and they had a cancellation on Friday, so they gave me that appointment. They even had my quote ready for me before I left the evaluation on Thursday. The time I had to wait before they called me back both times was less than 15 minutes. Also, they start appointments at 6am which was excellent because I was still able to get to work on time. Seriously give this place a shot. You won't regret it! read more

I Hate going to any Dental place. BUT Dr Doods (female DR) was great. I am almost 80 and I needed a Root Canal (RC) (ugh) and this is my first one so I had no idea what to expect. If you are a nervous wreck when you know you have to go to a dental DR, then This is YOUR Place for gentle care , great care. All of them - from the First Phone call to them - and Miss Ciera was my first Point of Contact and she explained what a gentle, professional, kind DR, Dr Doods was and that she explained everything in advance and also Ciera had a calming ,soothing, voice and after speaking with her I made the appointment. All the assistants Olivia, Ashley were great too. Don't worry you will not be in any pain, they are so patient with you . If you HAVE 2 GO, this is the place for you. I was really scared and thought the worst would happen with a root canal. The doctor looked for the best way to save the tooth and it looked great! Pain free...They used a numbing cream prior to the numbing medication. They did a thorough exam. Asked questions and left room for me to ask. I was fully informed about the procedure I would undergo and treated with the highest level of consideration. The standard of professionalism exceeded my expectations and immediately put me at ease. I had to pay out of pocket for my procedure and was given an estimate of the lowest and highest possible cost so I was prepared for the expense. I was referred to Dr. Dodson by my regular dentist for an evaluation. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, the staff was very courteous and professional. I was referred there because of a failed 10 years old root canal, needless to say I was in pain. Once I was placed in the chair, the assistants and dentist kept me informed of everything that was going on. Once Dr. Dodson evaluated me, he offered to take care of the problem right there because of the amount of pain I was in. It was my first time to a specialist and I loved Dr. Dodson! He was funny and knowledgeable. He makes you feel comfortable and safe.

I have severe anxiety to the point I physically shake when spelling any medical/dental office. I've really had to work hard to even get in the door without a panic attack. I've had some medical issues and my teeth are in bad shape. I'm in my mid 30's so it's really embarrassing. Dr Dodson genuinely cares and it's like he can quickly gage and calm your stress without judgement. First dentist I have completely trusted and he understands medical issues very well. He wants to know your medical history more intensely than most Dentists I've met. I can promise you will not regret having him help you with your teeth. It can be a wait sometimes most times I've been there everything is quick. For me it was a matter of working with the VA to get approval. I can't say enough good things about this practice. He wants follow ups to see he did his job beyond your expectations which I've never experienced before.
