Jack is an excellent communicator and answered my questions like a pro. After an initial once-over of my 2003 Toyota Echo, I immediately received a link to photos and videos of my car with corresponding recommendations and assessments. Jack did an awesome job explaining and not selling me on repairs. About an hour later the rest of the Vencam team had my busted bushing replaced and had generously topped off my oil free of charge.
