I am a regular customer at this store. I even have a rocket card. I came in tonight and didn't have my I.d. I went to the counter and told the clerk that I didn't have my I d. He said he can't sell me the beer. Kai is the csr. So I call my wife out the car and tell her to come in a buy the drink. He refuses to sell her the drink. So we leave and come back, he still refuses to sell her the drink. I asked for the manager and he refuses to call the manager. So I ask when can my adult wife with her i.d. purchase a beer. He said she can co.e back in a few hours. I tell him the intent is the same. Bottom line he refuses me service and then call the cops. I am waiting for the cops to arrive now. Horrible service. Horrible csr and I will not ever mess with 76 gas as long as this clerk is employed here. Kai the csr. I did loose my composure and use some choice words that I should not have used. I apologize for that Kai. I asked Kai to call the manager several times and he refused, is that policy?So I am asking when can my wife buy me a beer? Is it a waiting period before she can purchase a beer? If you give a gas station when star, that's pretty rude and I don't know what's wrong with you it's all like a normal gas station there's food people are nice if you need help they'll help you. I don't know if the main manager has a grudge against me individually but she is perceived as a closet racist. She tried to refuse service for me when I only went in for food and I was slightly buzzed. I had to call the police because she racially profiled me and denied payment for snacks towards me. This company is worried about carding for unnecessary items than they are about carding for alcohol or confirming people are paying them accurate amounts. I just watched them card a 60+ old gentleman who bought $20 in lotto and only left them $15 and walked away. Then proceeded to not card a 16 year old for beer. 3rd time in a month I have watched this. Confirmed she of kids each time when I walked out of the store and saw them high fiving each other. When I asked the kids about this, they told me it's a known fact anytime under age kids want alcohol - this is the place to come. I have also seen them be selective as to whom they allow to use debit cards and who they refuse to serve unless they have cash. Given that I am in charge of my corporations gas cards, we will now be cancelling our cards with 76. This location needs to be investigated read more

This is now a 76 gas station, formerly Circle K, with the convenience store named Goods Market. Do not buy gas from this station for their two deceptive practices. 1) They purposefully mix up the octane buttons on the pumps. The 87 Octane button (regular grade gas) should always be on left, with 89 and 91 following to the right. Its the natural, numeric progression at most stations. This is an overt attempt to rip off customers 10 - 20 cents per gallon to the 93% of us that use regular gas and don't look to check, naturally assuming the left button should be 87. 2) They charge the same credit price for using debit cards. Use of a debit card is instantaneously deposited into their account, and do not cost anywhere near what processing fees are for credit cards. At most stations, debit cards are the same as paying cash. read more

This is the only gas station I've ever been to that decides to put Plus first and then Regular and Premium. Seems kind of odd but whatever, I was able to catch it and push the correct one I wanted. What I also don't like is that they only have one girl, Katie working. She's not a bad worker, just extremely slow. There were 5 people ahead of me and no one was asking for anything complicated. She had a hard time finding someone's birthday on their military ID (it's on the back) and didn't have enough change in her drawer to help someone else out. She seemed flustered and she honestly wasn't making an effort to move through customers fast and all I needed was to pay for gas. Hire some more workers for your store 76 read more
