He said she can co.e back in a few hours. I tell him the intent is the same. Bottom line he refuses me service and then call the cops. I am waiting for the cops to arrive now. Horrible service. Today is a new day...Last night ended with the csr calling the cops and then he eventually called his manager. I left very disgruntled. I did loose my composure and use some choice words that I should not have used. I apologize for that Kai. This morning I went to the store to talk to the manager and explained to her what happen and she said the csr was following policy. I said so policy is to call the cops before the manager? I asked Kai to call the manager several times and he refused, is that policy?So I am asking when can my wife buy me a beer? Is it a waiting period before she can purchase a beer?
