I'm not sure what has happened recently, but the quality of the donuts seems to have declined over the past few months. I also feel as if they are putting out day olds for the glazed, old-fashioned and the buttermilk bars. I normally buy a couple of donuts to eat over the next couple of days, so I am well aware of what a day old donut tastes like. The past couple of times I've gone in, the donuts that I bought early in the morning already tasting like day old donuts. Hard and slightly gummy. I would like more transparency. Please label the over a day old, dry donuts as such and maybe not sell them at Full price. Boyfriend surprised me with donuts, so sweet. Unfortunately, his favorite, the Buttermilk Bar and Powdered Sugar were TOO DRY to even eat. We threw them in the trash. The Boston Cream was really good however. I wanted some dessert for my husbands birthday but was tired of nothing Bundt, Crumbl and Susie Cakes, so did some digging and saw this place. Decided to check it out. It's a small mom and pop shop, surprisingly clean and more modern than a regular donut shop. The donuts look amazing but wasn't here for that. Went straight to the cake display. Many options of slices, and very affordable. I got the tiramisu, carrot and a tres leches. All turned out good. More traditional taste. Next time I want to try the fruit tart and donuts. Absolutely phenomenal and my new favorite donut shop! I came in at 10 AM on a Friday and they had plenty of selection of all my favorite kinds of donuts. The cashier let me know that the apple fritters I was looking at were fresh out of the oven and still warm, so I had to try those and they were the best apple fritters I've ever had! (Fresh is always better, of course). But we also tried their blueberry cake donuts, maple bars, glazed old fashions, and a few others and all were very soft, luscious, and just a perfect version of that type of donut. I have high standards for baked goods and it only took touching one of their classic sugar covered donuts and feeling just how pillowy soft it was to know they have an amazing rise and fantastic quality. I will be returning here from now on for all my donuts!! The shop is cute inside too. They have small tables for eating your purchase afterwards and offer coffee and tea. It doesn't feel like you're in the way here and the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. No critiques whatsoever! read more

Awesome to have a variety of pastries to choose from. This sweet little bakery has big surprises. We have ordered a number of cakes for birthdays and celebrations always satisfied. It's trouble when the wife goes to pick up the cake. Extra small cakes end up coming home. Totally worth every bit of guilt. Smiles and warm greetings. Superrrr cute location!! It was my first time here. My best friend was needing some last minute pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving. I called the location and a kind gentleman answered and informed us they still had some pies. We showed up and she was able to purchase the last 3 pumpkin pies. I was not expecting to purchase anything but bakery and my sweet tooth, it was hard to resist. I picked out a Boston Creme donut..my goodness fluffy with a little crunch. The donut did NOT make me feel guilty and it wasn't heavy like most donuts tend to be. I also picked out two fruit tarts which they had for $2 each. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!! My best friend aand I got 2 each and sshe loved hers. I ate 1 and shared one with my brother who is not a fan of them but he loved the fruit options it had and also loved it. My family and I are East Coasters and we had tres leches aas a staple pastry back home. When I saw it here I could not resist. It was pretty good but my family and I said it was missing some of the extra Leche (milk). We're used to a more spongy wet tres Leche and this one was on the drier side (than what were used to [once again]). But we all agreed since we've been on the West Coast BEST one we have had. This place is a surprise hidden gem. I had no idea it was even here! I wanted to surprise my husband with donuts one morning and googled nearby donut shops and this place popped up. 1st time coming here with my toddler. I bought a slice of carrot cake and my daughter a chocolate donut. The carrot cake was perfect. The icing and filling were nice and smooth, as in not too sweet and not bland, just right! Will definitely be coming back! TAKE CASH! PAY LESS. Definitely keeping this in mind for next time. I loved the self serve method. Thats how it is at Mexican Panaderías. Just keep your kids away when you open the drawers so they don't touch the donuts. Paid by card. Nory's is located in a plaza and offers plaza parking. I went here on a Saturday morning and no one was here so I didn't have to wait in line. There is a tray with tongs and wax paper you can use to grab your own donuts. I grabbed 4 dozen donut holes and 3 sprinkle donuts. I got red velvet, powdered sugar, and chocolate donut holes. Some of the donut holes were more fresh than others because I could hear a "thud" for the less fresh ones, since they were harder. Overall this place had a lot of donuts to choose from and I may go back again. read more

I found Nory's Donut & Bakery thanks to Yelp and what a find it was. With some donut places you're somewhat restricted in your choices but that was absolutely not the case here. There were bear claws, donut twists, circular donuts, round donuts with filling, etc etc. We got a big box of donuts and everything was delicious. The people that run this establishment are also so nice. I don't know what more you could ask for. I love everything about Nory's Donuts. Love that is a small business. Love that the donuts are good. And l love that its open late! In particular Nory the owner is very friendly and gregarious. I support his shop as he is a small business owner, provides attentive service and has great tasting donuts. They have a good selection of the standard donuts, cinnamon rolls and donut holes. Ordering here is a little different that your standard donut shop. You get to pick your own donut with your own tray, similar to how a Mexican panaderia is set up. My kids love to pick their own items out this way. They also have other pastries (haven't tried them yet) and a full coffee service area. Incredible flavor. I'm pretty sure they use real vanilla bean or vanilla bean paste, at least in their cronuts. Their custard filled chocolate glazed donuts are generously filled and delicious. I'm not even a raspberry filled donut kind of person, but I'll down them from here. Came here because of the reviews. Sadly, the donuts are stale, hard and really not good. My husband's glazed had a very weird smell, after one bite could not eat any more. Wanted to like them, but definitely will not be returning. We spent $20 on a box and all of it we are throwing away. As for service, it was fine other than instead of providing a box for you (it's self-serve) you have to pick your donuts and place them on a tray. Not very efficient. read more

Had this place bookmarked for some time because of fellow yelp reviews. Finally had a chance to visit with hubby on Saturday. This is easily becoming one of my favorite donut shops in NoCo. You grab a tray and tongs when you walk in, then you pick your own donuts and have them packaged at the register. The donuts are decadent, sweet and satisfying. You can choose from classic glazed, stuffed with creams and jellies or "fancy" donuts. There are also pastries near the register; cupcakes, tarts and cakes. All very tempting to see. My husband and I found this place by accident when looking for lunch and we were attracted to the goodies as we passed by. The donuts here are so good. I'm usually not a fan of jelly-filled or custard-filled donuts because they usually are too sweet for me.
