It may be because of the Microsoft effect as I have seen Microsoft company vehicles using this station to refill. Combining this commercial business with that of retail in which Microsoft employees are filling up here leads to some lower prices. Still, pricing is above what you would pay at Costco. Overall, it is an okay gas station if you are in the vicinity and need to fill up.

I was getting real close to E, and we all know that's does not mean everlasting. And I sure didn't want to be that person causing a further backup on 520W! This location has also a mini mart and car wash tunnel adjacent to the gas pumps. There are some other businesses onsite, but all are kind of hidden by trees and shrubbery along Novelty Hill Road. Well maintained, clean, and felt safe at the pump. Regular gas was a bit more expensive at $4.70 per gallon (vs Costco or Safeway, closer to $4). However, better to be prepared than the alternative.
