Typical Costco gas station with low gas prices and long lines. Generally have a distaste for waiting in line to get gas, so usually avoid Costco. But this one had a decent layout for getting in and out easily. It is situated in the Costco parking lot, but there is a ramp nearby for an easier exit which I liked. read more

Very convenient gas station. I like the location in Redmond and do enjoy the gas area is near the parking lot. The only negatives is the customers here. A lot of really impatient and rude people that will even road rage in the gas lines so just let the people with anger issues deal with themselves and let them go around ya. As for the prices since this is Redmond area I find the gas to be more expensive sometimes than the shoreline location. read more

Cheapest gas in town (3.97/4.37 for 87/92) with lots of pumps. Pumps have lights showing vacancies and and it's top tier too. The comparable top tier gas station nearby is the Shell on Redmond way which is consistently 60-90 cents more than here. read more

Their gasoline is no longer 10% Ethanol maximum as the label indicates. It is more like 15% or more as the Feds changed the limit for consumption. I filled up 3/4 tank of my truck with their premium grade gasoline, no more than 20 miles down the road the engine was not responding to demand for picking up speed on demand. It pauses violently without down shifting when I press down the gas paddle. Mechanics told me that it is common with high ethanol fuel. Costco used to have workers checking the ethanol content while the delivery truck was filling up the underground tanks. I had not seen anyone checking the gasoline grade in years. This means the delivery driver could potentially mix in 20% or more ethanol with the delivery. I would stay away from it, 10-20 cents savings per gallon is not worth the potential issue this gasoline could cause. read more

Is there anything that isn't great about Costco? Bulk sized snackas on every aisle, comfy fluffy clothes for each season, friendly ladies in lunch hats handing out noms, and gas prices so affordable you want to even buy it in bulk. Costco is just a heavenly place. We've yet to find another station with gas prices that are reasonably competitive to the Redmond Costco. This; however, is not the only reason why this station reigns supreme in my book. Combine the wallet savings with a strict adherence to maintaining orderly lines, a specifically designated entrance and exit to keep down the cray cray, lighted signs alerting you which pump is open, plus friendly personnel on duty if you have any issues or need help. Let's be honest, with gas prices as high as they are these days, getting gas is already a painful experience. It's nice to have a place that takes the chaos out of the rush hour and can be relied on to have a competitive price. Only wish they were open 24 hours, but even so, the ease of the process is motivating enough to get me out of bed 15 mins early if I need gas before work even when there's a Shell station right by my house. What can I say about a fuel station? The prices are great, and there are lots of pumps (three per line), and they're usually in good condition. Even so, the lines can be pretty long at times; last time I was there was a Friday afternoon and there were about three cars waiting in each line, in addition to the vehicles at the pumps. Still, it didn't take all that long - and the prices are great. Nerdy observation about saving money: Costco stations are typically about ten cents per gallon lower than the least expensive other brands. My fuel tank gives me a warning light around 13 gallons, so if I fill up then save about $1.30 compared to the next-cheapest place. My car gets really good mileage, so I'm only spending seven or eight cents per mile in fuel, so it might seem like it would be worth going 17 miles out of the way to find a Costco station. But the real cost of driving a car is putting miles on the odometer, which is why the typical reimbursement (or tax deduction) rate is more like 50 cents per mile, which reduces the justifiable detour to 2.6 miles. But if I'm going to Costco anyway, I'm not going out of the way at all. read more

Not my sort of review. I love absolutely love costco and been going to Redmond Costco since it opened. This gas station tends to have the cheapest gas in the area and that is where the pros end. There are multiple older male attendants who are incredibly rude to members. Today, I jumped lanes to get into an empty stall where there was no line. The attendant shook his head and me, then proceeded to give me attitude about how I "shouldn't have done that." I asked him if he wanted me to leave, and he responded again with "well you're here now so." On a separate occasion I've had the same older male attendant try to direct me on how to park before I had even started to drive. I had a car passing on my left to exit the lanes so I was waiting for them to pass. The attendant knocked on my window right after they passed to ask me condescendingly if i was going to fill up my car. I'm a younger, female driver and arguably, I look much younger than I am, however, find it absolutely deplorable how these attendants speak to me. Young drivers beware for sure. read more

New Costco gas station. I haven't seen a long line for this location so far. I don't like its entrance because it is right next to an entrance for the Costco parking lot. The Gas price is usually the best in the area so I can't complain too much. It's good for just getting gas quickly. read more

Costco Gasoline - Gas Stations Near Me - Redmond, Washington

I fully understand that no one from Costco will actually read this, or act on it, but I'll write this review to warn anyone who finds it. I filled up with gas here a few weeks ago, as I usually do. About halfway through the tank, my check engine light came on. The trouble code complained that the fuel/oxygen mix was too lean. This can have a number of root causes but on a car that's a year old with only 9,000 miles on it, it usually means the fuel has too much ethanol. I also noticed I had taken a 3 MPG hit on my average fuel economy, which would also be consistent with the tank having too much ethanol. On a hunch, I went to fill up at the Grange in Issaquah, which sells ethanol free gas, and the light resolved itself after about 20 miles and gas mileage returned to normal. I strongly suspect I was not sold E10 gasoline, and that the gasoline mix was tainted with too much ethanol. Note that ethanol is typically mixed into gasoline by the driver of the delivery truck, not at the refinery. It is similar to the brand's additive package (Techron for Chevron, V-Power for Shell, etc)... not all gas is created equal. I no longer trust Costco's gasoline and I would encourage anyone that does to tread carefully. read more

I used to love this gas station but ever since they changed their software out at the pumps, I cannot use my debit card. To get gas, I have to go into Costco, and buy a cash card. Of course, I use my debit card to do so. Costco is aware of the problem, but 1-1/2 months later, it's still a problem. I don't have this issue with other Costco gas stations, just Redmond. read more

Worst Costco gas station I've been to. It was my first time going to the Redmond location and the way they stationed the gas station was confusing. While I was getting gas, I went to the passenger side of my car to get something (since I couldn't reach from the driver's side). For not even 2 seconds in my car, a rude Latino Costco employee yelled at me to move since a car was coming. Still, no apologies no nothing was said from her. She just gave me a smirk look. I won't be coming back. This particular Costco location is too small and have unprofessional, bad customer service. read more
