I was thankful to locate this Chevron gas station via my Yelp app after my workday in Redmond (8/23/24). I was getting real close to E, and we all know that's does not mean everlasting. And I sure didn't want to be that person causing a further backup on 520W! This location has also a mini mart and car wash tunnel adjacent to the gas pumps. There are some other businesses onsite, but all are kind of hidden by trees and shrubbery along Novelty Hill Road. Well maintained, clean, and felt safe at the pump. Regular gas was a bit more expensive at $4.70 per gallon (vs Costco or Safeway, closer to $4). However, better to be prepared than the alternative. read more

***This gas station scams card swipes*** If you're seeing fraudulent charges, it's from here. Took me a while to figure out. They required card swipe (not tap) for the whole day back in 11/2025 and this was the only place I used this card - guess what happened days afterwards? Card was charged a few hundred at a time from various retailers, not sure if they sell info or what. So shady!! read more

This is the gas station that I use the most since I live in Duvall and it is the closest Chevron gas station from my house. It is rarely busy and the pumps are all new. I believe I used the convenient store only once, so I have no idea how the customer service is though. One advice I give to people is: avoid coming here during rush our in case you are going towards Redmond. It is nearly impossible to turn left on Novelty Hills in those times of the day. read more

Slowest pumps in Redmond. With a very loud speaker with ads on a loop. I heard four ads for the same cable provider while attempting to fill my car to Half tank. I highly suggest that you fill up in town; would be a much more enjoyable experience, and possibly faster. read more

It's quite handy to have a quality convenience store / gas station / car wash nearby. Will & Sandra are just great! Hilarious, professional and I look forward to stopping by sometimes just to say hi. Stopped here instead of my normal shell wash on my way home, already annoyed that the price here was a few dollars more than my usual but In a hurry so I paid it anyways. Came out of the wash, tipped the guy for being polite and drove off. Got to my lunch, stepped out of the car and it looked as if the back half hadn't even been touched! Appreciate the mindful folks they have manning the car wash. The wipe down service is appreciated after the wash. Remember it's NOT part of a drive-thru despite earlier remarks. Extremely bad experience when I went for a car wash today. After my car was washed I took a towel from them to clean the interior and mirrors. I was parked outside of the car wash. An employee of car wash came outside and took the towel from my hand and rudely said that I need to bring my own towel. He also said that I cannot park there. I just said that this is the last time they will be seeing me at their business and drove off. This is the first time in my life a car wash has said that I need to bring my own towel to clean the car. I think I am better off getting my car washed at Brown Bear, they are cheaper and better. Chevron just lost a good customer for car wash and gas as well. read more

I had to fire this Chevron station today. I commute past this station daily, and live in Duvall, so I've used this station about 200 times. As other have mentioned, the car wash is only so-so and not bargain priced, so I stopped using it years ago. The fuel is reasonably priced. I rarely use the store, I only fuel up. Yesterday, I pulled up to the pumps and got out, and wondered, "Who has their radio turned up so loud?". I then realized that all the pumps were playing ads simultaneously. The station owners have turned on GSTV on the pumps (Gas Station TV) and it can't be muted. You are subjected to a continuous audio barrage while fueling up. I went inside and asked the man at the counter to mute my pump, I received a smirk and a shake of his head. I told him that I would not be returning, ever, and why. As there is no other Chevron station along my commute, I suppose I will be changing brands now. read more

I can't stand the loud, annoying advertising that the new pumps blare at this station. The prices here are higher than anywhere else in the area, but the location is convenient. However, that convenience is not enough of an advantage to put up with the intolerably loud ads from the video pumps. After using this station for 11 years, I now refuse to fuel up here. read more
