I called the police on this 76 gas station employee today for threatening and harassing me after I-reported a pump was disconnected. The crazy employee immediately blamed me and threatened to call the cops for a disconnect pump that I reported to the employee. She said I was trying to leave after I walked in the store to report a disconnect pump! Continued harassing me making threats as she took pictures of me and my car. I don't take threats well, so I called the cops. I have been to this gas station a few times before, their pumps are not maintained and always not working or disconnected. Just read the reports below from others as well.They don't take care of this gas station. I asked to speak to a manager or owner but the employee refused, covered her name when asked and instead continued to threaten and harass me. 3 hours at the gas station I waited for the police, no manager, no owner had tried to speak to me or repair the situation! The Hispanic (lady) employee has a bad attitude and hates her job. I speak fluent Spanish and I tried to communicate with her that way instead I was again threatened. No one should have to go through this kind of threats and harassment. The city and the corporation needs to know how badly this owner maintain the gas station and how the employees threaten and harass people in this establishment. This gas station should be shut down. This place no longer is a 76. It is a Shell now. Odish, the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful.

This location is no longer a 76 but a Shell station. I have had trouble here in redeeming Shell Fuel Rewards more than once. The person whom said his name is Akeeyah(sp?) usually works the night shifts. I approached the window thinking the store was locked since it was night. He ordered me to come inside. I requested my brand of cigarettes and gave cash for those and a soda and requested the rest of my amount to be put on a pump. He pulled the wrong cigarettes first, I politely corrected him. This man always seems to have an attitude and does not pay attention. For some reason he had trouble processing the transaction, had to void the transaction, and bypassed applying rewards discount. I returned to designated pump, cash price was correct but no discount. I went back to him and he said No its automatic when you start fueling, and he would show me in the receipt. So I tried it, no luck. Returned to query him. Akeeyah said oh you have to put the pump back in one more time so he could fix the transaction. Did so, no luck. He said the transaction completed and could not refund the difference. I had the receipt from the pump while he would not give me the ones he printed when I requested. Careful at this Shell location especially when this person is working. Other staff on earlier shifts have been friendlier and accommodating. read more

Reseda and Vanowen does not take care of the equipment for months. I've been there dozens of times and they just keep taping the pump. I'm sure it's not even legal what they are doing. Gas here is priced on-par with other stations in the area, but the price for credit transactions is 6 cents more per gallon. There was only one squeegee for an entire row of pumps. But you probably won't be fighting anybody for it, since the water it was in looked dirty and had no hint of soap at all. Not a great place to fill up, but there are worse. read more

Claim 24 hour propane refill. Show up in the evening and the first guy says he can't for some unintelligible reason and says come back after 10 pm. I was are you sure after 10? He says yes. Wow. Have been giving this station more than $400 per month for several years now. They will never see a dime of our money again. Every time you pump gas there the pump shuts off every 5-10 seconds. The cheap pump heads on EVERY PUMP Have flow issues in the vapor recovery sleeve (on each of our 5 cars). Tonight I was tapping the pump tip on the concrete to get the excess fuel out of the vapor recovery sleeve and the cashier ran at me cursing at me and turning off the pump. I did yell back at him and demanded his name... and he refused. Call me crazy but I won't pay to have somebody yell at me "f*** your mother" and stand behind me with both middle fingers up as I drive off (with my wife in the car). I hope the owner is smart enough to know that they have a dangerous employee on their hands. He was coming at me like he wanted to punch me. Tall skinny young middle eastern fellow. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER! I called this afternoon to ask for the price of a smog test. This was one of the places listed on the DMV website as a test-only site. The man who picked up (has a Middle Eastern accent; don't know his name and doubt he would have given it to me) didn't even say hello like normal people do when they answer the phone. Nothing great and nothing bad either, A lot of the times the pumps are "out of order" or are shaky and can't keep the gas going so you have to do it yourself, whenever i'm at this 76 station I use pump #8, that pump seems brand new so if you're going there you should use that pump! I was recently contacted by someone stating they were LA Police and the 76 gas station I had injured myself at had filed charges against me saying Id vandalized the station, injured myself, and was attempting to extort money. The truth is I was rollerblading, injured my hand on a new sign that had a cooling fan inside it that wasnt covered...the exposed blades were turning fast enough to cut my hand. After I showed the attendant I thought they'd correct it. When my hand turned out to be infected I went to the ER and stopped by the station...when I saw the fan had still not been covered I got angry and told the attendant they'd better cover it. I received a vm from someone claiming to be the "Sign" company stating they had fixed the fan. I was out of work a week and still dont have full movement of my left index finger. I went to the clerk who gave me a number where a "Richard" answered. He asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" I told him, "Just to be made whole".
