I have been to several see's candies locations and this is the first to disappoint. The service was ok. However, I'm not sure of the quality of their chocolate. I always get the bridge mix and for some reason at this location the chocolate taste like they've been in the shelf for a while. In the Renaissance shopping center , next door to the Magic land children's dental / across the parking lot from Grocery Outlet . Store was clean , well stocked and organized. Received superior customer service both from Danna and Crystal today. Crystal greeted me with a "hello , welcome " while she tended to another customer. Danna helped me pick candy from the glass shelves display . Perfect place to get dessert after a good meal. Dropped by a couple of days ago after dinner. Picked up butter scotch squares. Took just a tiny bite for health reasons but it was (limited) heavenly goodness. Switched to my sugar free dark chocolate walnut bite and of course not as good but nevertheless had to settle with what I can have. Staff warm and friendly. Place clean and organized . Easy parking access. Looking forward to coming back and a chance to try other flavors ( tiny bites again). read more

I'm really so flabbergasted at myself that I have been coming to this chocolate store and i haven't done a review ????? I was most probably low on sugar or extremely high I wasn't in my right mind that just too excited that I forgot. Upon entering the store a warm welcome greeting is always expected. Catherine did that , plus she offered a free sample of a milk chocolate which is customary at every See's Candies store. Now you know why I forgot to write a review or even to do check in....before ... this time I'm finally writing my review. The store looks so festive with Halloween ambience. Displays are very neatly organized . Wrapped chocolated boxes are ready for grab to buy. You also can customize your box per pound and have the time of your life .... I always want them all !!! Won't you??? I usually come here to get some sweets for me but today I came to get a birthday gift for a friend at work. The Assorted Molasses Chips are her favorite so I got her a box . There was also a happy birthday lollipop tin can so can't resist that. I got the Cafe Latte flavor since she loves coffee. Catherine offered to wrap my gift and guess what ???? It's F R E E ! I got a choice of checkered or plain white paper . I picked black and white checkered pattern and she added a happy birthday sticker too!!! And FREE!! Wow !! Usually the customer service is great. Today was not at all. I came in for a box because I've been craving their chocolate. I tried two samples and I'm glad I did because one was too sweet. However when I asked for the 2nd sample she seemed irritated. That threw me off because I've tried multiple before with no problem. So end buying a 26$ box of chocolates. She checks me out then I ask for the free samples they always give me to take home she says no I only have the ones already gave you. I was so shocked how rude she was I said nvm it's ok. This was my moms and I first visit to this location tonight and we loved it. The staff was so friendly and very inviting they both greeted us right away and asking if we needed any help. They both seemed to have pOsitIve attitudes which is a bonus. I stopped by early this week to get some pre packaged candy for my Bosses bday . This location is fairly new . I was so happy to hear they opened a location closer then driving to San Bernardino or Riverside to get See's candy . When I came in I was warmly greeted the staff was nice & helpful . I was in & out in less than 10 mins. I do love that they also give you free samples to try if you are uncertain what you like . They offer a variety of different types of chocolates & fillings to choose from plus all their packages chocolates and you can make you own mixed chocolates box too . So I went in for some candy. Ladies were very helpful but what struck me the wrong way was this.. I asked for a Pound of P-Nut crunch. The worker started filling up the box. When she finished it came out to 2 pounds of chocolate. ??????? So she says... it turned out to 2 pounds, is that ok? Now I guess I could have said no that's not ok but I felt very uncomfortable when there's a line. I'm really sure she knew when putting them in the box that it was going to be more. I went to this location the other day to see the selection of chocolate they had. I have never been to an establishment such as this before, but I have always been interested in what kind of chocolate they have. I usually just get the prepackaged chocolate from grocery stores so I was looking to switch it up for a change. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by the clerk which was a nice welcome. I don't really get samples when I go out, but they were welcomed here which I was pleasantly pleased by. I am not one to splurge on sweets but I ended up purchasing 1lb of chocolate which in my opinion was reasonably priced. It being a new building and all had me expecting it to be neat and tidy and it was. The employees were dressed in a clean and respectable way. Overall I would definitely go again. My grandmother said she really enjoyed the chocolate too. That was comparing it to a pricy box she purchased else where! I was glad to hear that. I am new to Yelp and decided to make this my first review! This is the best Sees Candies I've been to in the Inland Empire, these girls are so sweet and took great care of me! I came in on Saturday April 20 and was immediately greeted with smiling faces and samples. I don't remember names but I do remember faces and those are faces I won't forget. It was 3 Hispanic girls and 1 African American girl who made my experience one to remember. They were busy behind the counter packing boxes but they didn't stop to be engaging when I first arrived.
